The staff. They make this hotel an experience. At check-in we were offered a delicious coconut and pineapple drink. On returning to the hotel after a long, hot day of sightseeing, we were always greeted with a cold towel and a glass of cold water. We were treated like royalty.
An asset and a defect was the location. It was walking distance to so many points of interest but it is close enough to Pub Street that you can hear the thump, thump of the rock music at night. Light sleepers might need ear plugs.

We were pampered from the moment we stepped in. The staff were absolutely fabulous, we want to particularly acknowledge Mr Leap, Ms Sopiseth, Ms Votey, Ms Roth, Mr Minhou, Ms Pov and Ms Veasna although every single staff person was so kind and attentive. We highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location and the best part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and greeted me by my name and had a cold towel and cold water almost every time I walked into the hotel. Everything was amazing! They can arrange tours, transportation, or anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Siem Reap.

A lovely stay. The staff are first-rate, very attentive to every detail to make your stay special. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. We tried the spa offerings and enjoyed those as well. This property is super walkable - which obviously means it is near the hustle and bustle (and sounds) of the night life in the area. We always travel with earplugs so this did not detract from our stay.

Exceptional stay. It’s definitely underpriced for the service experience and accommodation. It’s not perfect but it’s close. We think this staff should give North Americans service lessons. 5 star all the way.
The hotel would be a 3 star if in Canada - but a really well cared for 3 star with character. The Khmer dinner is a worthwhile experience and some of the best food we ate in Cambodia. Just book it!
FYI we took a tuk tuk to the airport instead of a cab and it was the best. It was not that bumpy nor did it take much longer. It was fun and personal as we felt side by side with the locals and immersed in their culture before we departed for our next adventure.

The staff was attentive and truly wanted to assist. very present, met us at the entrance with face towels, willing to move bags, find cabs etc. The location was perfect for everything we needed. Thanks,
Mattress was extremely firm. The initial check in was too long and had unnecessary steps. The staff tried very hard to make it a high level experience but it drew out a process that should only last 10 min tops, Pricey.

Loved everything about this place! From the welcoming front desk staff. Thank you, Votey and Sopiseth?! My lovely "kids" at the bar, Minhvou and Viriya. They always had a smile, a drink, and made me feel special. You won't regret staying here! I promise you... And the famous Pub Street is a block away without the noise impacting your sleep.
I did not like having bad vanity lighting and no electrical outlet in the bathroom. A pre-wired dryer is provided however which does me no good because I am bald and would have liked the ability to plug in my corded trimmers.

I stayed here for three nights with my husband and it was excellent! It was our first time in Cambodia, so we were unsure of what to expect, but we were blown away by how nice the hotel was. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (even helping us plan transportation from the airport before we arrived)! Every staff member we met was very helpful, but we were especially impressed by Sophi, Pov, Leap, and Minhvou. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. This was our belated honeymoon, and they even decorated our room specially for the occasion! The location is also nice. It is a very short walk from many excellent restaurants and popular tourist areas, but far enough that we never had issues with the noise. The hotel also has a restaurant where we had breakfast and one lunch. They even had options to have food ready for when we left early for sunrise at Angkor Wat. The food was great, especially the chicken congee that was on the breakfast menu! We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff excellent, almost to the point being too good. (exceeding the hospitality can be dangerous)
FO Supervisor excellent.
I stayed 2 times, first stay was excellent. The second one was not excellent, I did possibly get a room that was nor checked before check-in: balcony lights, wall sockets, TV - all had issues. Also FO staff after my second stay didn't seem to have English skills to be enable to actually understand, luckily excellent FO supervisor was there.
In general, wall sockets in two places not enough today when people are travelling with phones, tablets, laptops etc.

If I could rate this hotel 11 stars, I would. This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location right next to Pub Street and the street market. You have tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. The customer service of this hotel is off the charts. The staff is warm, welcoming and very attentive to all your needs. Everytime we left the hotel, even if just for half an hour, we were greeted by a smiling staff member with a cool wash cloth and a cold glass of water when we walked into the lobby. Every staff member made a point of asking our names and greeting us by name each day. When at the pool, we were brought a complimentary tray of fruit and ice tea. We were sad to leave!
The downside of a great location next to all the action is that it often goes into the wee hours of the morning. We could hear pulsing music in the middle of the night from some of the clubs a block or two away. The staff mentioned this at check in and offered us ear plugs.

Got to stay at the sister property for a night before I moved to this resort. The sister property is just as lovely just a little further out. This hotel is very close to pub street and there are several massage and food vendors as well. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. You will really enjoy your stay here.

The staff were so kind and caring. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent( some of the best food we ate in Siem Reap).The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and pub street.
