The staff and facilities were fantastic, from the driver Khean Sokhun, to desk staff Dalin, cook, and manager. Very clean and staff waits on you hand and foot. Cant recommend highly enough.best hotel of my trip.

We have just spent the last couple of nights at Khmer Mansion and weve been absolutely blown away by the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
In our travels, weve stayed at numerous hotels in different continents but in none of them have we been treated as well as we were in Khmer Mansion.
Right from the first moment when we were warmly greeted in and given welcome drinks (very delicious pina coladas), a cold drink and towel, right up until our goodbyes where we were given scarves and walked to our transport, we felt very happy and relaxed.
We cannot speak highly enough of Chhorvy who gave us so much of her time and also her knowledge/expertise of the area - we probably asked her well over 100 questions and she answered them all! Her English was fantastic and she was just genuinely extremely kind, warm and welcoming. She is a real asset to Khmer Mansion.
We managed to have a couple of meals at the hotel and the food was delicious - on our first night we had some traditional Cambodian food (Khmer beef curry) and on our final day when we fancied some Western food we had yummy pasta! All of our food was served by Vicheka and a female whose name we unfortunately didnt catch - both were really attentive throughout the meal and nothing was too much trouble.
We also had breakfast at the hotel - you pre order from the menu the night before and advise what time youre likely to be down. The breakfast was good quality and clearly freshly made.
Our was comfortable and well cleaned. We were welcomed to lotus flowers all over our room and a welcome message on our bed!
We noted from previous reviews that there have been issues re the sound from Pub Steer (which is completely out of the hotels control). We stayed mid-week and did not experience any issues with noise whatsoever and had a very comfortable sleep on both nights.

We stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved it here. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the cold towels and water returning from day trips to the temples (organized through the hotel) were very appreciated.
The service received was far more than we expected, especially being an affordable stay. We stayed at other hotels during our trip to Cambodia and this was the best by far.
The location is so convenient, your walking distance to everything. Granted you can hear the neighbouring pubs, but what do you expect from being so close! If you want silence dont stay in the centre of the city!
Breakfast was great too! Excellent coffee!

I have never in any city or country on earth experienced this level of care. I dont think I have the words to convey just how special and incredible my stay was. I literally changed flights and cancelled my trip to Phuket to spend more time here.
The attention to detail is next to none. The breakfast was phenomenal and can be brought to your room to enjoy on your balcony overlooking the pool (cannot recommend enough).
The location of the hotel is perfect. They apologized for the noise of construction and Pub Street and offered ear plugs, but I never heard anything disruptive-not even on the balcony! Its very walkable to all of the bars, restaurants, markets and spas you could ever need. I did a couples massage at the hotel (you can find cheaper massages in Siem Reap, but not as high quality especially if youre looking for an intimate experience catered to your group). They also offer cooking classes Im upset I didnt get to try this stay, but will next!
Now for what REALLY sets them apart. The staff. I dont know if Walt Disney, Emirates and the royal family got together somewhere to train all of them or what. Its the only option that makes sense. I truly felt like a queen reentering my castle surrounded by fans and family every time I returned to the hotel. They are AMAZING. Respectful, kind, attentive.
Dont bother looking at other places, just stay here. You will not regret it.

Staff was amazing, friendly always ready to help. Went above and beyond. it was great to be able to walk everywhere because of good location. Pool was lovely and relaxing, perfect temperature. Staff brought drinks and chips for guests at poolside just to be kind.
Hotel is in a great location but the great location brings some street noise from pubs. That is just how it is in when you are right off the market and tourist centre.

Each and every staff member provided excellent service, always with a smile. Special mention to Chhorvy for her exceptional hospitality. in my opinion, the staff members at this hotel is what makes this hotel 7 stars.
The furniture and fittings looks abit dated. However bed was comfortable.

Service was excellent!! Very attentive staff and facilities clean. Great pool.
The proximity to pub street. Obviously completely out of the hotels hands but the music at night was very very loud. Even with ear plugs (provided by hotel - again great service) we had difficulty sleeping. Music thumps its way past midnight.

Pros: - SUPER friendly staffs. They will give you the grand entry EVERYTIME you come back to the hotel and offer you cold towel and cold drink! I am not kidding you they do this EVERYTIME, I have never been given so much attention in other hotel. I will have given the staff a 8 stars rating. - the surrounding offered a lot of services, the nearby restaurants and massage prices are reasonable and not like those in PUB Street. - there is even a 7-11 at the corner. - rooms is very nice and clean. The furniture are well furnished and the beds are soft. - my goodness, the staff even prepare you breakfast in box if you are visiting the Ang Kor Wat. We are the only 2 fellow munching breakfast and drinking in the tour bus. hahaha.... - FREE pick up to airport or bus terminal.
Cons: - The music from the PUB Street can be heard in the room. I am ok with the sound and the hotel even offer ear plug. - a bit construction sound during the day, only a bit.

Not only was every member of the staff extremely friendly, they over-the-top caring. They made me feel like I was the only guest during each and every interaction we had. There are so many hotel choices in Siem Reap but the reviews of the hotel is what sold me. All of what you are reading it true. The staff, food, location, room, spa, pool and so much more exceed your expectations. I came to Cambodia to see Angkor Wat and the staff made sure I had breakfast to-go. It was also my birthday during my staff; the entire staff brought me a cake and wished me a very happy birthday.
I wish the hotel would advertise more that they have tours you can book. I think that is a hidden gem that you don't realise they can help take away the planning for you!
