An absolutely amazing Experience!
Wow, we are traveling the world and it is best among bests. Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent rooms, great pools, and fantastic breakfast. We highly recommend the restaurant also for a dinner.
And the hospitality. What can you say about staff that make you feel home? Chris, Christian, Pheary , Finn are the heart of the place, and the others are following. I celebrated a birthday and I felt like a family celebration. A long birthday celebrations.
And it is not all. I highly appreciate the social and environmental values of the hotel management and employees. It makes my stay even more meaningful.
If you are planning your visit in Seam Riepe, stay at Jaya House and don't forget to ask for Mr. Hann, the ultimate tourist guide.
I can't wait to come back.

It’s outstanding hotel!! Everything: hotel, rooms,facilities,two pools, food for breakfast and dinner, people, who really care about you. We took sunrise tour to Angkor Wat from the hotel. The tour guide Mr.Thuda Sompiseth gave us the best possible tour with his deep knowledge of the history of country.

Best attentive staff I’ve ever had in a boutique hotel. I love the perks of free same day laundry and daily complementary 60 minute massage. The food served at the restaurant was excellent.
The return trip to the airport was not complementary.

The service and amenities were outstanding (fresh water, barista made coffee at all hours, tea and snacks, minibar, tuk-tuk driver, etc.). The guide arranged by the hotel (Lee), was fantastic and quickly adjusted to our interests.

An amazing hotel.
Excellent location, great food.
But what makes this hotel truly special is its incredible staff.
Every single member of the team was wonderful.
We were on vacation with our two daughters, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
They were so attentive to the children, pampering them with ice creams and other little treats that made our stay more than perfect.

Everything was fantastic about the hotel. Possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. An urban oasis. If you're going to Siem Reap and looking for a boutique hotel ambience with great service and 2 gorgeous swimming pools, this is the place!

Jaya House River Park is an absolute gem—an oasis of peace and tranquility set in a breathtakingly beautiful location. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a serene atmosphere that made relaxation effortless.
The attention to detail extended to the incredible hospitality, with Finn ensuring our stay was seamless and issue-free, and Two, always present to greet us with a cool, scented towel, and ensure every need was met with care.
Every service at Jaya House enhanced our experience, from the convenient and well-organized Tuk Tuk rides, to the rejuvenating massages and reliable laundry service. And the restaurant? Simply outstanding!
Jaya House River Park arranged a guide for us to explore Angkor Wat. Exploring Angkor Wat is a magical experience, but doing so with a guide who was once a monk at the temple takes it to a whole new level. Our tour was nothing short of extraordinary!

The hotel and room was very nice. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. The swimming pools are amazing and the staff was really friendly and the main managers are there to welcome you. Therefore we highly recommend this hotel for your stay near the famous Angkor Wat!
