I found it very refreshing and clean. The service was good, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean and full of character. The restaurant is highly recommended the food tastes very good! You can also try the restaurant in front of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast included meant you could choose from 4 (very) good menus! Nice location, large modern supermarket nearby with huge variety of international food. Fantastic value for money!
Old fashioned wooden doors had fairly large cracks between door and floor so a bit noisy. Pub street and night market are 12-15 min walking distance

The pool was very nice. The room was cool and quiet. The location was in a good area. It only took about a 10-mintue walk to get to Pub Street. Breakfast was offered and you could order from a menu. The service was great.
A way to exchange money. One idea is to setup a little hotel social gathering. A board to help travelers link up for tours. Everything was fine overall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that my initial room was too dark to work in, they kindly offered me another room, which I appreciated. The beds were quite comfortable, and the room was generally clean. The hotel offers convenient services such as booking tours and transfers directly through the reception. The location is about 1 km from the city center, which is easy to reach either on foot or by tuk-tuk (via the Grab app, it costs less than 1 USD). The pool area is cozy, and staff can bring drinks directly to you there. Pool towels are provided, and there are bathrobes in the room that are suitable for going to the pool. Overall, it offers fairly good value for money.
I booked this hotel because the photos showed bright rooms, but in reality, the rooms are very dark. The balcony doors need to stay closed due to the heat, and they are made of dark wood. The rooms themselves are also partly covered in dark wood, which makes them feel even darker. The window is small and heavily shaded, with dark screens and wooden bars, so even during the day, artificial lighting is necessary. The first room I received was extremely dark, almost like a cave, with insufficient lighting to comfortably work (I was traveling for both work and leisure). Although the second room was slightly better, it was still quite dark overall. Another downside is that when you leave the room and take the key with you, the electricity turns off, including the refrigerator. At the pool, instead of sun loungers, there are only mattresses on the ground, which are less comfortable.

We had a nice stay at the property. Everything was good. The room was spacious, and the breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The hotel is located perfect, the staff were able to arrange a really good private tour at a great price, including a guide and everything we needed. Everything was truly amazing. They took care of our family wholeheartedly and always greeted us warmly.

My parents came to visit Cambodia, and we chose to stay at Siem Reap Center Hotel for one night at first, then extended our stay directly with them for three more days. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. They even upgraded us to a room with a balcony and a bathtub. The hotel also arranged a tuk-tuk driver for our visits to the temples, which saved us a lot of time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is great only about a ten-minute walk to the Old Market. After dinner, it was just a short walk to enjoy shopping there. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap to see the Angkor Wat temples. ?

The positives lovely staff, facilities were clean and the pool was lovely, the room was a nice size and it was within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and get good coffee.
