Verybbuce boutique hotel in good location. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on premises.
Hot water in the showers was an issue but no more than other developing countries. Staff’s English was a bit of a challenge.

The stay was amazing. The staff will arrange all programs for you on request. They were kind enough to prepare breakfast for our 5 am visit to Angkor Wat. They also arranged drivers who serve as tour guides, so that we get the best of both worlds. The place itself is very tranquil. There is a nice Pho and coffee place next door. Will definitely come back!

Really nice hotel, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and wonderful breakfast.
The only big issue is the air conditioning in the hotel: in the room it was not strong enough even though I keet on 17 degrees all the time was a bit hot to sleep. At the breakfast space only ventilations, so was too hot to enjoy the breakfast.
In the evening pool was a bit dusty.

From landing in Siem Reap, Montra Nivesha was a really exceptional stay. The staff at the hotel, restaurant and spa were all so helpful and kind.
The breakfast and food/drinks in general were great, the facilities were a calm little paradise to come back to after a long day.
Highly recommend and I do hope to be back one day.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were amazing - friendly, polite, attentive. Great location - near to everything you need. Beautiful surroundings and the rooms are spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated - the whole hotel was beautifully decorated. It’s a little oasis and delightful stay.

What would you like about the hotel where your money was stolen?
Our money was stolen at this hotel. The safe in our room was out of order for a while (we informed the staff about it immediately) so we left our money in the bag and left it in the room (that was our mistake) for 2-3 hours. 7 thousand thai baht and 200 euro was stolen from our bag. According to the other reviews it happens at this hotel not for the 1st time. So everyone should be aware that his or her money can be stolen at this hotel as it happened to us. We informed the hotel’s management and the owner about that but nothing was done by them about it (they said they believed their staff). We’ve visited 65 countries and hundreds of hotels and it was the first time our money was stolen at a hotel. So it went like this…

Rama and his team are exceptional and it’s the most beautiful, peaceful oasis. We adored Siem Reap and could not have chosen a more perfect base. Loved the pool and Spa and really enjoyed taking a tuk tuk into town in the evenings. The staff are wonderful and really made our stay. We will be back for sure. There seems to be so much choice in Siem Reap accommodation wise, and we are so glad we chose here.

A location "colonial style", full of charme and comforts. The family room, actually two large connected rooms, was huge and comfortable: unforgettable the bath tube on your private terrace, shaded by tropical trees. The two pools and the good Thai cousine restaurant were enjoyable as well.

Lovely hotel! The room was very big and had a nice balcony (although couldn’t sit out there because of the mosquitos!) the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t much choice for veggie/vegan breakfast but it was ok. It’s about a 30min walk to the main town but easy and cheap to get Tuk Tuk. Really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend ?
I enquired about almond or soy milk before I arrived and was told there would be almond milk, but when I asked for it at breakfast they said they didn’t have any. The breakfast choices for a vegan are minimal, it would be good to include some more options.
