First, I have to say I've traveled all over the world and I've never before experienced such kind, attentive, and warm hospitality as we experienced at this hotel. The staff were absolutely FANTASTIC- so welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I really can't express enough how truly lovely and helpful they all were. They also helped book our tuk-tuk and guide for Angkor Wat. The room was very comfortable, clean, large, and tastefully decorated with traditional decor. Make sure to use the salt scrub they provide in the shower- it made my skin so smooth and nice smelling that I had to buy some to bring home. We had a delicious New Years Eve dinner in their restaurant and really enjoyed the traditional singing and dancing that accompanied the dinner as entertainment. Again, the staff really made the holiday so special and memorable for us. Breakfast was also very good with many options. We also booked a lovely massage in the onsite spa and had a great and relaxing experience there as well. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Siem Reap with a beautiful shaded swimming pool. Comfortable room and lovely staff - great breakfast too. It made a perfect start to our Cambodia trip.

Spacious room, large bathroom with very modern shower, 4 free bottles of purified water per day. Location is perfect for walking in old town Siem Reap, many restaurants nearby, convenient quick marts, and the Old Market just 3 blocks away. The staff always greeted us with a warm friendly smile.
The two day Magical Tour of Angkor Wat arranged by the hotel (including sunset boat ride & sunrise at Angkor Wat) was wonderful. Our tour guide Mr. Kai was very knowledgeable and took us to many hidden spots around the temples to point out carvings and features that we otherwise would not have noticed. The driver, with air conditioned van, was always ready to pick us up with ice cold bottled water & cold wash cloths.
Street noise at night was occasionally loud, recommend white noise device next to bed and/or earplugs.
Staff internal communication could be improved - example: on arrival, we paid for the Apsara Dance and dinner reservation for the following evening. At checkout, the front desk charged us for this item again, despite our protest that we had already paid at check in. The hotel management ultimately stated that the 2nd charge would be refunded.

Great location and beautiful comfortable rooms. Nice spa. Pool nice and good buffet breakfast option.
Very nice polite staff but person who checked us in didn’t check our reservation details and sold us a package we didn’t need to check out one hour late and add breakfast. Then the tour to Angkor we booked was charged at 150% of what we were quoted and confirmed 3x with the hotel. Spa also likes to upsell. That part of the experience took away from what would have been a 10/10. Had to negotiate at departure to remove overcharges. They did do it ultimately but made it less good experience / for this price should be better.

The bed was hard as a rock. Hated the shower.
The pool was weird to get into.
We got booted from the pool at 5.00pm on our second night after a long day at Angkor Wat because they had to set up for a dancing show.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful; The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable; All the amenities you could need, very high quality furnishings/linens etc.; We visited their Spa 6 times during our stay, the 2 hour traditional Khmer massage is highly recommended - very professional and the value is extraordinary. Their restaurant is great, the food is delicious, we ordered room service many times - incredible food, very fast delivery, and also great value. The hotel is also very close to Downtown / Pub Street / Old Market - right in the heart of the city but the way the hotel is designed it feels like a secluded oasis.
Had trouble getting through to the reception line via the room phone during a few busy times - I don't blame the hotel though as they were very responsive via WhatsApp. I think that's easier for everyone and the issue is more so on me for not utilizing their liaison service properly. All said it was a non-issue - the stay was so good that's the only thing I could even think of.

The location was perfect, the room clean and spacious and the staff were kind and friendly. Would like to mention the kindness of the manager and his team, especially Eric and a security staff, who helped me retrieve a pair of silver toe rings from the pool. The only minus, if at all, was the breakfast. The lady made nice omelettes but overall there wasnt much variety, perhaps because there weren't many guests.
