We spent 34 days in SE Asia and this was the BEST accommodations we had.
The hotel staff were always helpful and had such a warm and helping attitude. Upon arrival, they greeted us with peanut and dried fruit snacks and juice and the hospitality just continued.
The location was excellent. It had a leafy neighborhood feel, yet the city sights were easily walkable.
Breakfast was wonderful with made to order omelets.
If we return to Siem Reap, we will stay here.
Siem Reap is quite a gem in itself. Clean and orderly and peaceful.

Everything was excellent at this hotel from the attention of the staff to the comfort of the room. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice to suit everyone's taste. The hotel pool was fabulous and provided a welcome opportunity to relax in between some pretty intense sight seeing. The location of this hotel is fabulous with many very good quality restaurants and an extremely welcome craft beer bar within walking distance.

Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location walkable to many shops and restaurants . Very friendly staff. Quite location. Nicely spaced room enjoyed the balcony even though the view was to the walk of the building next door.
Our bathroom flooded the whole bathroom and drained super slow. Also got spa services since our room came with Spa Credit and it was alright.

Golden Temple Hotel an amazing stay. We stayed with our family for four nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is built in traditional architecture and offers a cozy atmosphere with top-notch service.
First of all: location, location, location! It’s very convenient and just a 5-minute walk to the main bars and restaurants, and about 30 minutes to the Angkor Siem Reap temples.
The pool area is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the spa massages were excellent with very professional staff.
A special thank you to Alison, who made our stay truly special from day one. She provided great recommendations for things to do, was available on WhatsApp 24/7 to answer all our questions and requests, and booked unforgettable tours with professional guides.
We are definitely planning to come back.
The only issue is that the AC unit in the room blows directly toward the beds, so an update or adjustment would help . Also the room where we stay was so big and furniturisjimg was weird , doesn’t feel comfy , I would work on design but again beds very comfortable to sleep it’s only suggestion,

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Temple Hotel. The team is easily one of the most helpful, friendly, and attentive crews I’ve ever encountered, always smiling and genuinely caring, recommending activities, restaurants and taking care of all the booking.
The room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it a perfect base for exploring Siem Reap.
The spa experience was super good and much needed.
Highly recommended.

Our entire stay was spectacular! From our greeting to our departure. The staff is amazing. Special thank you to Pichii and Roth who made everything that much more special. Whatever was needed we received with professionalism and kindness. By all means the best stay I've ever had and my husband and I travel all over the world!

Staff were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. They were helpful to book tours. Breakfast was good, very friendly wait staff and pretty view over the pool from the breakfast room.
The beds were a bit hard. The noise from the road is a bit loud but can't be heard much in the hotel rooms, which is great. The rooms are a bit small if you need to add extra beds for children. We didn't like the ipad menus in the restaurant and would much prefer paper menus.

For me, Neth the driver and Rata the guide provided an immersive experience of Siep Ream, including the important historical and cultural monuments, restaurant-prepared meal boxes, snacks, and chilled water. The cooling towels and cold beverages after each stop were perfect. By using the hotel’s tour services, you can trust that the driver and tour guide will exceed your expectations.

The staff were incredible, kind and attentive. Great location, wonderful room and pool.
Attempts to sell me exorbitant tour packages were a little excessive. Although maybe some who stay there like that sort of thing. I'm just glad I didn't bite on any of that. I had a wonderful time just paying a tuk tuk driver about $20/day to drive me around to various temples. That was a phenomenal experience.

The staff is extremely kind and efficient, world-class. The pool is very clean and super relaxing after a long, hot day. The breakfast buffet is very and Rothe was a very nice host.
The whole hotel is like a little green oasis in the center of Siem Reap.
The rooms are a bit rustic (if very clean!) and the beds a bit hard. But genuinely that's nitpicking.

My stay at the Golden Temple Hotel was incredible! I had the most amazing stay. I have traveled to many countries in Southeast Asia and I can say with certainty that the level of hospitality from the Cambodian people is amazing. The entire staff at the Golden Temple Hotel went above and beyond in every single way and they exceeded all my expectations and made sure I had everything I needed. I have never been treated with such level of kindness and respect. I want to give a special thanks to the Front Dest manager at the Golden Temple Hotel. Her name is Alice Tha. She is the most professional and attentive hotel staff member i have ever encountered in all my travels. There is no words to describe her other than saying she strives for excellence in everything she does. I will be returning to the Golden Temple Palace in Siem Reap soon. I highly recommend this Hotel. It is the greatest value you will get for your money. You wont be disappointed. Don't forget to ask for Alice Tha. Thank you to all the staff members at the Golden Temple Hotel. You are the best!

Golden Temple hotel was high quality, clean and well-maintained. The staff were super attentive and helpful from the moment we came on the property. Karim, Pimchii, Roth in the restaurant, and the entire front desk team were extremely thoughtful, and they even helped us with our travel arrangements to Phnom Penh. I also highly recommend taking advantage of the spa treatment and massage, we were well relaxed and slept well (during and after). All in all, a fantastic stay, and definitely a place to recommend!
