Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. The room was large and very confortable and they would offer banana chips and nuts. The location is right near pub street and the night market

The staff were wonderful, especially June at check-in. The spa treatments were relaxing.
Driver David was the best, and Guide Lucky was very knowledgeable and friendly for two days of tours.
The breakfast had some yummy Cambodian selections.
The location was very walkable to nightlife, shopping, and restaurants.
We wish we could have stayed another day, but they were fully booked.

The property is perfectly positioned next to pub street, restaurants and all the things you want to do in Siem Reap. Room was also fantastic, beautiful and solid furniture with thought through details. Had everything we needed in it. The staff was another level great. From arranging tours beforehand, rides to airport, general helpfulness and helping us celebrate my son’s birthday they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Also was able to arrange babysitting service to go to the spa at short notice. Really loved everything about our stay and Siem Reap
The only thing was the hotel pool stayed cold even though it was hot out. But this could be a big positive to someone. I just like warm pools

Everything. The Staff!!!! Some of the absolute BEST service we have received in all of our Asia adventures. The hotel and room are absolutely stunning, comfortable snd filled with needed amenities. The food! Oh my the food. The chefs are true experts in their craft. Each dish is beautifully designed to the level of Michelin star restaurants at such valuable costs! MAKE IT A PRIORITY to eat here at least once, you will NOT regret it. The Spa was wonderful and all services were very relaxing and affordable! Mr. Visal snd his team even decorated our room for my birthday and got the staff to celebrate my birthday during the Apsara dinner (which is also a must see). They truly made this one of the best stays ever. We cannot wait to return!

Everything! Beautiful hotel right in the middle of things. Very quiet, though. Staff is lovely, breakfast good (best cappuccino!). Hotel staff really helpful with organizing transportation, tours etc. Very nice spa services.

The room was lovely.
The staff were adorable and welcoming. They were very reactive and supportive, they have contacted me by WhatsApp and arranging our arrival very smoothly.
Each day we had a jar of self-made potatoes chips and a Cambodian Tale. Very sweet.
The breakfast was amazing
And we had access to two swimming pool :)
My parents really liked the hotel so we booked two extra nights.

The room was extremely big.
The bathroom has a fantastic bath tub.
The only thing is that the shower doesn't have a door. When you take a shower, the bathroom becomes really wet.
The swimming pool is very good. There are two issues. One is the noise that comes from the street because the pool is in front of the street and the second is that everyone in the reception or in the restaurant can see you in the pool.

The hotel team is very polite giving us great attention and always worrying about our experience the hotel.
The shampoo pot in the bathroom fell from my hand and broke. Immediately, I informed the reception of what occurred. During the check out they charged me 15 Dollars to cover the broken pot. I explained in detail what happened, they understood and finally they didn't charge the 15 Dollars.

The best thing is the lovely staff here. They always are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful property. I really felt like I was in Cambodia, not just any general hotel room. The spa was great. The pool is a little small but they let you also use the facilities at their sister property across the street. That pool was amazing.
Stupid to say but you can’t watch CNN or other news here. I don’t think that’s the fault of the hotel tho.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with large bathrooms and generous walk-in showers. We were lucky to have a corner unit with two walls of windows and a charming balcony overlooking the street—such a lovely touch. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet part of the city, and a short walk from all the energy of Pub Street.
What truly set this hotel apart was the service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and if they didn’t have something, they’d find a way to get it. They arranged for an air conditioned SUV to pick us up from the airport, had great tour recommendations, and always went above and beyond. After long days in the heat, we loved coming back to a refreshing cold towel—a small touch that made a big difference. We also spent one afternoon poolside, which was so relaxing.
Breakfast, included with the room, was outstanding—with plenty of variety and even a dedicated vegetarian menu, which I really appreciated. Shout out to Chef Heat (yes, that's his name!). The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. Special thanks to Seyha and Ratanak for making us feel so welcome—you guys are the best, and made our stay unforgettable.
Cambodia left a lasting impression on us, full of warmth and kindness. If we return to Siem Reap, we will absolutely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at The Golden Temple Boutique. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the trip- I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a delightful place to come back to after a long day! The pool was delightful and the front desk staff so hospitable. Location was also very close to a lot of must-see markets and activities.
The breakfast was delicious as well with amazing and accommodating staff. Ratanaj, Nin and Heat were all so hospitable and never made any request seem like an inconvenience.
If coming to Siem Reap again in the future I would stay at this hotel again!
