Very Poor
No Idea
In my opinion, I disliked this hotel. The upside is that it's affordable, suitable for budget travelers. The rooms are large. For me I don't care big room or small room but mental health is very important for me. I brought my family to visit Siem Reap, because I want my parents to relax and make merit, and they stayed at this hotel. My parents and relatives strongly criticized my choice to book this hotel for them. I feel not good that I was booking there for them for holidays. I saw in rating is good. the first I thought I will should stay with them here. but when I saw my parents unhappy. I decided don't stay with them. My parents and relatives only stayed one night because they don't want to stay anyone and then moved to a different hotel. I really disliked the female staff member; she was not good and unfriendly. I love traveling to everywhere not only in Cambodia. I like to travel to another country for explore and make blogs and I like to visit Siem Reap twice a month, I always booking hotels online Booking. com and Agoda. Siem Reap is best place for explore the culture and the people very good friendly and respect and there are has many excellent hotels; for me I don't have any idea with this hotel. I shouldn't have chosen this one, as my parents criticized me. felt like a beggar staying there because from the eye of the staff of this hotel. i just want my holiday is good but to make me unhappy. I don't like with one of the female receptionists. However, the boy assistant staff were nice and helpful. He should be a leader of the staff term. because he knows how to friendly and welcome the guests. I've never reviewed a hotel in Siem Reap before, but this is the first time I have. As a seasoned traveler, I do not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Gorgeous hotel and pool area. The staff was always lovely and friendly. The breakfast delicious. Cold AC and hot nice showers!
While the breakfasts were good, the French pastries and toast are not the best. We’d suggest ordering something else!

The room was big and clean.
The bed is very comfortable.
The pool area is very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to the center and you are away from the loud area.
Our room was on the side of the street and was a bit loud, but the staff offered to change the room, once they had one available.

Very Good
Hotel was very nice! Staff were super and very accommodating. Very good value.
The only negative was the hot water took very long time to heat up. Required us to take cold/Luke warm showers.

Overall pretty clean and spacious room. Very big bathroom. Breakfast included with room rate was decent.
Bathroom shower did not drained, making showering very difficult and uncomfortable as a lot of stand still water. Informed the front desk, came and checked and did not resolve the issue. Request to have room change denied. Bathroom sink not great as too low and also did not drained well. Toilet lid loose, informed front desk also did not fix it when we came back to the room. TV did not work. Remote control to ac did not work and the ac cold air was very cold at night. No elevator. Bed very hard.

Wonderful
This is a beautiful hotel, a little sanctuary in the city, which made for a phenomenal experience from start to finish. You are greeted with fresh juice and a cold towel, and the hospitality continues at a high level throughout the stay. The staff were helpful, arranging transportation at request. There is a restaurant on site, and you can get spa services in your hotel room. There's a comfortable, deep tub in the bathroom with lots of hot water to soak your tired, temple-chasing body in.
There were a few things that weren't spectacular, but I still have a peaceful smile on my face from my experience there.
1. The water in the shower did not get hot. This wasn't *too* much of an issue because of the heat outdoors, and the bathtub made up for it (separate tap from shower) because it DID get hot.
2. The WiFi was sometimes spotty.
3. I couldn't get the SmartTV to work for certain services. I don't think this was a user error, although I could be wrong. I spent too much time trying to login to Netflix with no success. Maybe it was an account issue since I am from the USA?
4. The mosquitos in the dining area were bothersome. I would suggest finding some way to keep them away.

Amazing. Great staff and good facilities. We did a tour to Angkor leaving the hotel around 5:00am and they packaged our breakfast to take and eat later.
There were mosquitoes close to some green areas.

Exceptional
Everything in this hotel was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. A special shout out to the person at the reception, Cheeon. He is one of the most humble people we have ever met. He was more than helpful. The room was spacious and had more than a person's needs. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was located on the outskirts, which complements the essence of this place.
There is nothing which we didn't like.
