Very nice and friendly staff, you could ask them for everything. Awesome little Villa with a private pool with shower on the rooftop. Very comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast (very good) has 4 options, 2 continental and 2 Asian. You can order tasty lunch/dinner from a nearby Khmer Restaurant or ask the hotel drivers to bring you in 5 minutes to Town (Pub street/All cheers street/etc). A 7eleven-Store is on the next corner, just 2 min by walk. Different Tours can be organized by the hotel for a very fair amount. Hotel is between city center and Angkor, Angkor Ticket Office is very close. Special thanks to Poy, my TukTuk driver all the days, who brought me to the best temples at Angkor and took very good care of me offering lots of cold drinks while on tour and telling interesting facts about Angkor and Siem Reap. And of course to Rhina and her staff too for everything! You are the best and I would like to come back!
Everything was perfect.
Only thing I would improve is working with a restaurant with western cuisine, too, as especially childs from there often prefer eating things like pizza, pasta or French fries

Private Villa and pool, quiet rural location, very friendly attentive and helpful staff, free minibar stocked daily, poolside very lush with greenery, excellent breakfast individually made and brought to villa, free Tuk Tuk to town
In my opinion villa looked tired now with flaking paint inside and loose faded decking outside at pool area, pool beds and table tired all of which wouldnt take much to rectify. Stairs to rooftop pool very steep and precarious to negotiate, unusual smell in bedroom, villa with kitchen but no utensils or cookware provided

We had an absolute blast at this location. Our hosts were always kind, and even packed us a breakfast to take away on our final morning when we needed to catch the 7am bus to the airport.
We rented our own scooter (which we regularly drive and are licensed for in Taiwan) for daily use around Angkor, etc, but used the free tuk tuk in the evenings to go for dinner and back. This meant we were free to enjoy cocktails.
The swimming pool was an amazing perk, and we enjoyed cooling off in the late afternoons as well as eating breakfast by it. We would stay here again if f we returned to Cambodia.
The sofa was a little narrow.

When we arrived there were no other guests so we were upgraded to the largest and most expensive suite free of charge, which was very nice. The guest service from the staff was incredible. You stay in contact with an app (messenger/wechat etc) and they answer all concerns promptly. They provide free daily tuk-tuk rides to the city and make your breakfast to order, and also arranged taxi for us back to the airport. Very friendly. The location is great - near the city, but secluded enough in nature so it is quiet at night whilst sleeping. Our first morning was a holy day and we woke up to monks chanting in a nearby monastery which was pretty special. I would highly recommend for couples, a nice jungle getaway.
Not a complaint so much as a heads-up for other travellers. The suites are located off a road where you have to travel through a narrow alley, it's big enough for tuk-tuks but a tight squeeze for cars/4WD's. So when you are returning to your room you will want to book a tuk-tuk back

The Hotel is very good ,staff is very helpful. Breakfasts are wonderful. The pool on the roof was excellent. We asked if we can stay 6 hours after check out and the staff said yes without any additional charges. There was a free Tuk-tuk to the city each day. Hotel felt very welcoming. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fabulous local hosts and team, its a little like staying with family! Excellent breakfast, free laundry, really great restaurant across the street and a free tuk tuk drop off and pick up!!
Its not that we didnt like it but just wanted to add; For a family of four I would definitely recommend booking the 2 bedroom, we didnt by mistake and it was pretty tight but the hosts had extra beds added and you have a sweet little rooftop pool and area to escape too, which our kids loved!

Bed was very comfortable.
Frogs! There were frogs croaking, literally 24/7. At first, we thought it was a dog. But when we mentioned it to another coupke staying there, they said it was frogs. We recorded the sound and played for the owners, they confirmed it was frogs. It was very loud and echoed throughout our place. As well as keeping us up every night.

Its relatively large and has a good price. Staffs are friendly.
The hot water is insufficient; essentially, you can't fully enjoy the hot water bathtub. Regarding the decoration, especially the red curtains, they can be stressful. It's not super clean, but it's okay. Location not good, somewhat remote. There was a time when I was heading to the 7-Eleven store, and I encountered two angry dogs, forcing me to change my route to avoid being bitten.

The Villa is spacious with a very large bedroom, living room with kitchenette. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The rooftop pool and relaxation area is ideal to end each day. Frank and his team make everything very comfortable, transfers to and from the airport, visits to the temples, tuk tuk service to the centre of Siem Reap. always attentive to everything. I would definitely repeat.

Everything was perfect! Staff were extremelly frendly! They have a free transfer anywhere, and very comfortable to text them in Whatsup\Telegram when you are living there, they do anything for your good stay! They don't have a restaurant on territory, but all the food is brought from a fine nearest restaurant, which indicates the quality of the products and cooking. Many people call Thailand the land of smiles, but I would say that now it is Cambodia! Give them tips sometimes, they deserve it with their work and attitude
I just want to wish that there would be a little more variety for breakfast, as well as brewed coffee, freshly squeezed juices. And about the pool - it looks more like a big bath, of course - it's not deep, but it's quite suitable to refresh yourself on the terrace, it's convenient, but don't expect to jump into
