The employees of the hotel are absolutely wonderful, helpful and soooo nice! If you have any question they are happy to help. The location is great, WiFi is also very good. It has a nice place to sit around the pool and it’s quiet and clean in the rooms.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The complimentary tuk tuk service into town was awesome. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and was as pictured. Pool was great.

Clean spacious modern rooms with both shower and tub. No noise from neighbors. Close enough to walk to Pub Street but no noise. Courteous staff. Did not try restaurant or pool. All amenities nearby, including restaurants and shops and 7-11. Easy to get anywhere if you use Grab app.
They probably used photoshop for pictures. Hotel not as glossy as shown online but still a good bargain.

They have everything better than in the pictures and we got upgraded into a suite room so its all good for us. The air-conditioner turned the room very much comfortable cold which is a relief after walking around sweltering hot SR.
Its low season so its understood that the lighting during night time is not always on since we arrived very late (10:45pm) and there is no elevator - however the concierge took his way out to bring up some of our suitcase and he was really nice. To sum up, they compensate for whatever it is that seemed a lack.

We were in need of a peaceful tucked away place and this spot provided. The pool was so clean and relaxing, the staff was so kind and smiley and helpful with laundry and booking buses, the food at the restaurant was well priced and filling. The big bonus for me was that the staff refilled everything in the room each day, shampoo, coffee, waters, TP, fresh towels, etc. That was a huge treat! Would definitely stay here again.
The price was a bit higher because of Khmer new year so not sure the normal price but either way was worth it! Also if you’re not keen on people going in your room then might ask for a don’t disturb card. But for us it was great 10/10 :-)

The pool is very pretty, the location is also very good and staff friendly and welcoming. The room was very big. The decor minimalist but the bed was the most comfortable I got in Cambodia. It was also calm compare other hotels in Siem Reap.

The pool area was relaxing and chilled
The room, whilst basic, was excellent value for money.
Great location, close to all the major sights of Siem Reap city.
The air con unit could do with replacing as it was noisy and not overly powerful.
A fridge in the room would be great
Housekeeping only happens at 10am, no later.
Small things really, but prevent me from giving it 10/10
