The property was a beautiful haven in the middle of Siem Reap! We were enveloped in lush trees and plants, koi and lotus-filled ponds, and traditional architecture and furnishings. We had a lovely and spacious suite, which was essentially a villa with a separate sitting room and dining table, large bathroom facilities and a balcony.
The staff went above and beyond daily. I loved the little nightcap steamed cake accompanied by traditional Cambodian stories left bedside with lotus flowers!
The spa treatments were amazing. We must have done every treatment over the course of a few days! The pool was also a refreshing plunge after a hot day outdoors.

Angkor Village is a masterpiece of a hotel. It's a triumph of contemplation and creativity, of humanity and botany, of decor and decorum. There's uncommon warmth in its atmosphere, in its phenomenal staff, in its distinctive pool area and in its delightful breakfast in a singular setting. It's an exhilarating life experience. If you happen to travel with someone who complains about this place, it's a blaring signal you should refrain from traveling with them again.

Everything about Angkor village hotel is magical. The location is pretty central, the setting is marvelous, the staff is beyond kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the massages are great.
There are no ACs in most common areas as they're open, however this is a minor inconvenience

We had a really special stay at Angkor Village Hotel.
The setting is beautiful and very peaceful, with a lot of attention to detail. It feels tucked away from the busier parts of Siem Reap.
Our room was comfortable and full of character. The whole place has a charm that’s hard to describe but easy to appreciate once you’re there.
Service was consistently warm and thoughtful without ever feeling over the top.
It’s the kind of place you’re happy to come back to after a long day out.
We would absolutely return.

We have traveled a lot, and this is one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at not just because of the accommodations, but because of the gracious and thoughtful staff. Upon arrival we were greeted with the biggest smiles and provided a refreshing towel and lime iced tea. The hotel itself is in a calm oasis with beautiful plants and flowers tucked amongst the woodwork. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to place flowers and champagne in our room on arrival. They even gifted us an arrival photo in a frame to keep. We scheduled an hour long couples massage, the ladies were professional and it was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. They had many options, including noodle soup, fruits, omelettes made your way, and the dining room is within a Lotus Pond decorated with woodcarvings. The staff event prepared a huge box lunch for us when we had to leave early for a tour.

We’ve traveled to nearly every corner of the world, and this property still managed to stop us in our tracks. It’s genuinely special — a rare gem in every sense of the word.
The common areas are stunning, the rooms are exotic and full of character, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. But what truly elevates the experience is the staff. Warm, attentive, and thoughtful, they went out of their way at every turn to make our stay unforgettable. And the location strikes a balance that’s hard to find — close to everything you want to see, yet blissfully removed from the chaos of Pub Street.

Hotel occupies almost an entire block in a quiet part of town about ten minutes from markets, shops and restaurants. Steeped in greenery the architecture is traditional and old fashioned. Smiling helpful staff, great food in the restaurant
Our villa, perhaps due to its specific location, was quite dark inside. Lights necessary practically all day.

Wonderful green oasis in the middle of a busy city. Quiet and serene. Staff were fabulous going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Baguettes were warm out of the oven in the morning. Eggs Benedict was delicious, best I have had in Asia. Many snacks and treats provided in the room.

We spent six days here and it is a beautiful hotel - an oasis in the mad hectic place that is Siem Reap. The gardens are beautiful, and the staff wonderful. The food is excellent. We went for the 3 day temple tour and it was excellent - we learnt so much and saw many of the temples other than Angkor Wat. We also had two massages and a facial; all of which were excellent.
The only downside for us was being near the kitchen and in a garden suite which both meant more noise unfortunately.

This is a gorgeous property in the heart of Siem Reap, approx 20 minutes from Angkor Wat. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The property is serene and lovely. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The staff arranged for airport pick up, tours, and everything else we needed. We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay here.
The food at the restaurant is mediocre.

The property is a gorgeous Khmer-style tropical fantasy of rich wood and greenery. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the central city and immediately adjacent to the hip little Street 26 strip. Our room had comfortable canopy beds, a view of the pool, a pleasant sitting area, and good air conditioning. Two large sliding doors opened an entire corner of the room to the terrace to enjoy the morning/evening air. The generous open-air lobby is a comfortable place to lounge and relax or socialize and enjoy a cocktail. The beautiful restaurant is also an open-air pavilion and is surrounded by a tranquil, lilly-covered pond. We enjoyed the friendly service and excellent food at breakfast every morning, as well as several other excellent meals when we didn't feel like venturing out. The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful -- among others, Leak and David saw to our every need and helped us arrange transport, tours, and other activities. We really hated to leave after being with them for a week!
The only thing that could possibly have improved our stay is if the air conditioning was a bit quieter. Also, while the greenery is gorgeous, it obstructed the handrails on the stairs in places, making them a bit challenging for my mother to negotiate.
