Very Good
Location is 6~7 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street. Hotel amenities were average however the enthusiasm of the staff was what made the experience quite cherishable. Hotel has a good concierge facility and Spa.

What an absolutely gorgeous property! Its very large and beautifully decorated. I wish I could have enjoyed the pools more and checked out the spa. I will need to come back to enjoy them. The breakfast included is delicious with lots to options. The staff are so lovely and attentive and the absolute highlight of the resort.

The location of the resort was great as it was back from the road and there was a number of tuk tuks always available so the ability to get into Siem Reap centre was easy, The rooms were great and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and food always available Staff always friendly and ready to help. Terrific pool and utilities great.
The bathroom door didn't provide much privacy and when travelling with friends that can be awkward, particularly if some people are embarrassed or just unwell.

Large garden with two swimming pools, bar with live music near lobby.
Spacious room with balcony.
Breakfast buffet with a variety of cuisine including Japanese food.
Check in process time was lengthy.
Better to call Tuk tuk via Passapp or Grab, relatively costly if they call for you.

The resort has a very relaxed atmosphere, we particularly enjoyed spending time around the beautiful swimming pool.
The coffee machines at the breakfast buffet. No one cawork out how to use them so people start their day feeling frustrated trying to get a coffee from the machine. It would be much better to have filter coffee served at each table.

People are very friendly and helpful The breakfast was nice with a big choice. Lovely maintained garden around. Pool towels provided at the pool area. We got 15 min free massage at spa that we could have had combined with any other purchase.
There was no slide in the play area in the pool as shown on the photo. In my personal opinion bed was not very comfortable but we assume we stayed in an old wing of hotel. It looked like old 5* hotel! For example toilets nearby breakfast area were modern and new and were not comparable with one we had in our room! Pool bar: it seemed that there was no Food and Beverage manager there. We ordered beer and we had to wait for them to go inside hotel bring 2 beers and served warm. 3 days same story , we always need to go and ask for ice bucket to cool them for 10-15 min to be drinkable. Not fault of people they were very nice but apparently there is no manager. Took us 30 min plus to enjoy a drink. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and always had to ask for 2 more towels in the room. Also if your flight is later,1 hour complementary room extension would have been be a nice gesture especially for families with kids.

The service staff named May was very kind and supportive with early check-in.
Made a reservation for tennis court at 3pm and when my family went there, the court was locked and not prepared. We waited 15 minutes and no one showed up so I walked back to the reception desk about it and the receptionist told us to go back and it will be ready. She wore purple uniform, different from other regular staff so I assume she is the person in charge. But she never explained why the court was not prepared and did not apologize for such inconvenience. Then when we went back to the court, someone came to give us a set of rackets, balls, water and towels. However they only prepared two even though I asked for four people so we have to wait another 10 minutes. Again no apology made from any of the staff and this was very disappointing. I would recommend other travels to always double check your booking of anything with the staff.

The over all feel was fantastic. The free shuttle to the night market was a real plus. We used it every night. I also had the fortunate luck to run in to Weng Aow, the general manager for the hotel while he was entertaining a personal friend from out of town. Despite being on his personal time, Mr Aow, took extra time to answer my questions and personally share with me some of his favorite eating spots. I can not guarantee this will be everybodys experience if you stay at this hotel, but to me it send a clear message about the heart and soul of this establishment. With leadership like that, it no doubt percolates through the entire organization. Customer service was at the top of the list/ values of this fine hotel.
The grounds, pool and spa were also picturesque and fantastic.
I cant say enough about our positive experience we had here. When youre on your feet all day touring the monuments its nice to know you are returning to such a warm and comfortable atmosphere in the evening.

The pool was lovely, beautiful grounds and the staff were friendly. Interconnecting rooms worked well for our family.
The bed was terrible! Our room was close to the reception area, which meant it was noisy until quite late, in particular from the singing duo, who were pretty off key!

Breakfast covered all options and had a good coffee. The grounds of the hotel were just beautiful and the pool was a highlight for the kids. The staff went above and beyond in all ways even down to arranging the kids toys on their beds after the turndown service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even had a dress shop where I picked up two lovely items. All round, it was a truly wonderful experience.
