Staff were friendly and very helpful. Position close to the centre. Large room. Good bathroom. Attractive pool area.
Insects in the bedroom! Instant coffee for breakfast.. Given the airport has moved 50 kms to the East, the hotel no longer offers free pickup/transfers. They will arrange taxis but the cost at $40 was a little high compared to a taxi arranged through Tripadvisor.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Organised our trip into around ankor wat. Had the best tuk tuk driver no. 21 who showed us around and was ready for us at dawn. Great facilities, pool, room and shower. Lived our stay and would definitely come back.

Our room was next to a nice bar and pool .It was clean and welcoming , the staff were really nice. Would definitely recommend it!
It would have been nice to have a better area designated for the spa it was set behind a curtain in the gym .

I liked everything. The kindness, the location, the proximity to possibly every place you might want to see in Siem Reap as well as the facilities. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as you could possibly be.

The pool was lovely to relax by and the room was very spacious and aircon worked great.
Able to organise airport pick up easily.

The hotel is in a good location and service is great from the staff. Rooms were clean and basic. We did not use the pool but it seemed to be clean and well maintained. Food at the restaurant was good but expensive compared to local restaurants.
The hotel is not 5 star but could be if the finishing of the rooms was better (for example, properly grout the bathroom tiles). Also the safe in the bedroom was not screwed to the wall or secured in any way, so we could not use it.
