The bungalow was spotless and spacious. It had everything you needed from slippers to a hairdryer. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace surrounded by nature. The pool was clean with enough sunbeds. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The new owner was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed hearing about the changes he is going to make. All and all a professionally run hotel in a great location.
One tiny thing, the shampoo and body wash weren't labelled so it was a guessing game. I could have asked the staff, but where's the fun in that!

Nice bungalow with comfy bed, air con, fridge and bright bathroom that felt you were outside . The pool area was a great place to hang out. Good breakfasts.

Lovely spot in a good location. Rooms were comfy, a little pricier than some other places but I would say proportionate to how nice the property and rooms are! Pool area is nice to hangout at. Serene, relaxing vibe to the place.
Breakfast was really good. Would recommend when staying in Kep!

Great friendly staff, swimming pool was excellent for kids, the bar area really amazing to chill out have some drinks and kids some ice cream. The bed are super comfy and the staff come to make our bed every day and organize everything with care and love.

Location to the seafood market and restaurants was excellent. 5 minutes walk and right in front of the ocean. Rooms were excellent with a nice breakfast included. Pool was great with a bar overlooking it.

Very beautiful and relaxing place, felt like an oasis.
++Unfortunately, we all contracted "hottub folliculitis" from the swimming pool. If they can disinfect the pool and keep chlorine at a proper level it should take care of the problem.
++The mattresses seem to be memory foam, but they've lost their "memory", which made them quite uncomfortable.
++Shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom say "Bodia" (one of my favorite, all-natural local brands!), but were all filled with something different than Bodia products.

The location is quiet and in a green setting.
Nice pool area.
The bungalow is properly sized and the bathroom has plenty of daylight.
Walkable from Crab Market & related restaurants for those interested.
Healthy breakfast options are basically zero, I'm happy with not much, a fruit platter with seasonal fruits is enough for me. I'm wondering who is eating all those seasonal fruits like bananas, papayas, etc.
My opinion is hese should be in abundance for health conscious people...
Not specifically to this property alone but air freshener spraying is becoming all too common by cleaning teams... Like this everybody can clean... It is a harmful chemical and I noticed they sprayed on the bed linen. Put the bottle in the room and let the occupant decide.

* I didn't use the swimming pool.
* The breakfast is OK acceptable and good service friendly, good canteen (i like it).
The floor tile for Bedroom feeling like a wet floor, shallto have the shoe inside to ware for inside the room.
