I have stayed here many times, the standard since my last stay has dropped considerably
The pool is disgusting at a glance it seems clean once you go in It it’s full of green algae it’s not been cleaned properly, I mentioned it to staff they didn’t care laughed and walked away, they made no effort to clean it. The food was sad the breakfast undercooked coffee was horrible.

The room was clean and a great view from my suite. The pool was lovely, as were the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and Kep is a great little town.

The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the pool and Rabbit Island. The staff at the hotel were quite pleasant. The breakfast was OK. The food in the the hotel was quite good and reasonably priced. The pool was large and clean , but clearly needs to be retiled.
The location was OK, but quite Far from other restaurants. Very limited things to do in Kep. Too quiet for us. Travelling around was OK as you could order Grab or PassApp to get around.
It was not a concern for me, but if you are disabled, this hotel would be very difficult to access. However, when you are in the hotel it would be OK.

You're frauding handicapped people by putting in that the hotel is handicap accessible and then wheelchair accessible bathrooms that wheelchair accessible facilities you guys need to knock it off I spent $200,000 on booking.com and you've made fees off me and your handicap accessibility is probably a hundred times in the last two years I got burnt I want to talk to a manager or a president I'm not happy and I want to cancel I want my money back and I'm going to start on every hotel that you put on your web page that is handicap accessible staff free entrance wheelchair accessible unit wheelchair bathroom anything to do with wheelchair accessibility and when I get there is a US solo travel through Europe Minnesota Scottsdale Florida you've burned me your marketing a product that's not there and I'm not happy I want to hear from now and give me my money back on this I'm going to go backwards for the next two years and we're going to get credited everything trust me

Spacious room and a lovely big swimming pool. The hotel was very clean. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly. a good view from the sea facing rooms.
The swimming pool could have been cleaner and needed a bit of maintenance to fix missing/loose tiles. The location was ok but it was a 30 minute walk from the crab market.

The swimming pool was very nice and the rooftop view was beautiful.
They made me stay longer after we checked out to inspect the rooms. I felt like they assumed that we were going to break something but we didn’t do break anything. I never had another hotel do that before. In the US and in Cambodia. Plus they already had my credit card on file. They could easily charge us for damages so why keep us there for an inspection?

Had a good view.
There was blood on our bed sheets. The sheets were rough. The foyer was dirty, no lights were on and there was linen everywhere. The staff seemed unsure of themselves. Our complaint was not acknowledged. The pool was filthy and there was green algae everywhere, water was cloudy. Fridge was not working and smelt bad. We stayed 1 out of 2 nights and found another hotel.

- Lack of communication from the hotel. I messaged them over Booking.com and email regarding pickup from Kep Train Station and got no reply
- Stray cats seem to go in and out of the hotel poolside
- Location a bit far from Kep market

Beautiful big pool.
Location spacious, nice and quiet. Much better than the busy main road.
Easy 10min walk to beach or $2 tuk tuk

The breakfast is good.
They charged us 15$ for one towel, in which my hair made it look (light) red. I took that towel with me and washed it, and it is clean as new again. Not a big deal, but I would not come back here.
