Host speaking French so it's very easy for us to communicate, he rents motorbike and can book bus for you, good size room and you even get hot water. Decent location and quiet at night
For this price it's difficult to be picky on details.

It was a beautiful, clean, and peaceful place. The room looked clean. I can say it is walking distance to the center. The owner was quiet helpful.
t is taking long time for having shower because water is not run very well.
Be aware that room has a manuel flush toilet with bucket.
Bathroom mirror and around shower it could be cleaner.

Great location. Quiet street but easy to walk to the river, restaurants, etc.
Very friendly owner who worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed.
There's a Khmer breakfast place on the same street that serves good and cheap breakfast.
Nice secure parking area for our motorbikes.

Nice hostel close to the center, 10 minutes of walking. Clean room, fair enough for the cheap price. Very helpful and kind owner. Laundry, scooter rental.

The owner is one of the friendliest guesthouse owners I've met. The place was nice and quite both at night and during the day. It's a simple place, but for the price, it would be hard to find a better place. Great for a short stay.
Bed was a bit hard, but acceptable.

Very nice, accomodating and helpfull owner. He talkes english and helped with booking bus for Vietnam, and he was easy to get in touch with. The guesthouse was on a quiet street and the gate was locked with a giant lock doing night, and we felt safe. If you rent a bike you can get it locked in at night. Overall we would regiments to anyone :)

Everything was perfect, specially the man in charge.
He was so kind. He helped us everytime and solved all our questions and doubts.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

Host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a room without aircon and the fan was powerful enough for a good night sleep
Be aware that the toilet is self-flush with a bucket, nothing too bad though
