Really nice people, nice and clean room
Old town is about 10-15minute walk so guest house is far, but its okey. You can see lokal living more. Room smells wierd, but it was okey.

Ok location
You have to pay 5 US dollar to get the Remote to the aircondition for your room. Very bad. Only cold showers (which in a way was nice, because the room was so warm without any aircon)

It was a perfectly acceptable Khmer guesthouse with friendly family owners.
Rooms were a bit oppressive, mattress was hard.

The location was great only 8 minute drive from the train station. The room was comfy and clean as was the bathroom. The staff were also very nice. We were given free water and bananas on arrival by the children which was very kind.
It stated on booking.com that all the rooms had air conditioning, which I guess was true because there was an AC unit in our room but in order to have the remote you have to pay an extra $5 a day which is over half the price of the stay for the night.
