absolutely incredible property - the staff stayed back to ensure smooth checkin at 11pm at night ( our bus was delayed) we were celebrating our friends birthday and they were kind enough to have the most gorgeous birthday decorations in the room and the staff was constantly available for any help and services and in general the propoerty is so absolutely gorgeous with free kayaking and sitting by the river. so quite and serene.

The resort is set up on the bank of a massive river with free kayak for guests’ use. The rooms are specious, well lit, and nicely appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were good value. It’s just a bit too far from everything else (7km from the city center and night market. Need to have a motorbike to commute around. There are free kayaks for guests and a multiple decks by the river to enjoy a swim.

A quiet stay in nature. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had amazing views and every meal was incredible. The staff was the highlight of the stay. They were friendly, attentive and very helpful.
Wifi was a bit slow in our room, and the water pressure could have been better.

The tree house and view, it was what i was after and it was away from the busy part of town.
i am sure the bed linen was not changed and some one had slept in it, i did take some photos. that was on one side of the bed as i was tired and had arrived late I slept on the other side telling myself its not a five star and I will survive and it is not life or death situation.

The treehouse was fitted with an AC which made the stay very comfortable. The service and food were exceptional with a lot of attention to detail, e.g the presentation of the dishes. Pheakdey was very friendly and helpful in organising trips and transportation for us. They make you feel at home and we will visit again.
The bathrooms and provision of toiletries are great. An extra hook to hang up clothes while taking a shower would be great.

The view was gorgeous, misty mountains and a peaceful river. The food was always delicious, and the staff very friendly and attentive. My bungalow was peaceful, clean and close to river. I kayaked every day and loved every minute of my stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful to be right on the river! Stunning views and brilliant bar.
We didn’t have much space to navigate 3 suitcases on the floor in our room. Sadly we also got bitten to pieces sitting by the river at night despite a ton a deet!
