Very convenient and the owner was lovely!
The location is a little far from town but easily reached by foot or tuk tuk.
We were woken up twice by screaming kids in the pool at 6.30/7am

This is a very nice laid back place to stay. Manager and staff are great friendly and helpful. It is good value for your money.
There is a bird house next door and sometimes it can be a little loud. It was not loud on this stay. The manager is fluent in English but the staff not so good. This is not really a problem the staff are very helpful and will work something out for you.

Friendly staff, lovely swimming pool. A little far from town but only a dollar in a tuk tuk.. Great value for money.
They only had one item on the menu which was spare ribs. They were great,, but the egg omelette, coffee and toast is enough for me in the morning

- unfortunately a nightclub is located behind the property and you can sometimes hear the bass beats late at night during weekends (not the hotels fault, but important to note if youre sensitive to noise)

The room was clean and nice there was a pool nearby.
Staff werent helpful, electrical problems, all looks pretty run down. Way to noisy at night, loud music playing until 3am every night.

Cool area to stay, 15 min to the center. Friendly host, pool, good AC and WIFI.
When someone is nice to you and trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the little things, doesn't matter.... :-) I think we got one of the older rooms, but there has been renovation to some ;-)

The pool was really good, clean and perfect in the Cambodian heat. Location was a 15 min walk to the main restaurants and bars but, because of the heat, we got tuk tuks in for around $1.50. Bed really comfortable and shower nice temperature.
Rooms are in need of some maintenance. There could be more furniture or, at least, shelves to put your stuff. We had an issue with a badly leaking airco which was, apparently, fixed but there was still a massive pool of water right beside the bed. With hindsight we should've asked for another room because all of them were empty while we were there. The hotel is also a Korean bbq restaurant but they couldn't make us a coffee?! Many people came to use the pool and were given full access to the rooms and facilities, which is ok, but it felt like our needs were not met as paying guests. Sila and her ladies are lovely people but, in our opinion, they need to work harder to make this the lovely oasis that it could be.

There was a pool - however the water temperature was just too warm The mattrasses were good
The facilities are not maintained well, they are in old condition, partly not functioning, walls &pillows with stains, hangers are totally twisted so i couldn't hang my blouses there, the two sliding front doors of the room had a 2 cm gap in the downpart, the electricity is shut off when they assume that guests are not present, but this also means that air condition isn't working and we came back to the room in the evening and it was way too warm. Every night you could hear the disco/party sounds from some establishment near the riverside. You can only pay in cash, no card accepted. The service is not very proactive, in the sense of explanations, recommendations, etc. So in our percpective this place was way overpriced (we had dreamy hotels during out trip with perfect conditions for half the price!) and there is quite some room to improvement!

Beautiful little resort with comfortable rooms set around a nice pool. The rooms are clean, the ac is silent, the bed comfortable. Its a 15 to 20 min walk to the centre, 5 min by bike.

nice and laid back a short 20 to 30 minute walk to the business area or you can grab a reasonably priced tuk tuk
this isnt about the property but kampot in general. kampot doesnt have grab they only have pass tuk tuk which only works with a Cambodia number. so if your phone is locked and cant get a Cambodia sim you are at a disadvantage
