The room was very clean, organized and the staff were friendly. I felt very at home. I stayed at the fan room and it's exactly what I was looking for -- very comfortable. There are many mango trees plus some flowers and plants at the yard/garden. I did not get to eat there but the food I saw being prepared as well as the menu looks very good. Location is also very good. I'll definitely come back here again next time I'm in Kampot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The guesthouse is slightly far from the city centre, but it's a nice walk or just 5-10 minutes via auto-rickshaw or remorque taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and also gave us good advice about booking tours to Kep and Bokor Mountain.

The room was beautiful and big. Very nice garden with seats and a table outside each room..staff were great. Room so clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Just the sounds of birds and frogs. Hosts help to arrange scooter, bus etc...breakfast was simple but good and cheap. No laundry service but there is one next door, so not necessary.
The location was further from the main part of town than I realized when I booked. There was a store next door for beer, water etc but it closed around six so you need to call a tuk-tuk to eat or shop. The WI Fi sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. It seemed to be stronger outside than in the room..

I have been living in Cambodia over 9 years, and I have had a lot of different experiences staying at various hotels/guesthouses, and this little place was absolutely the best experience I have had with accommodations here. The price was affordable, and the room was big. Moreover, the location was perfect, being only a 5-minute or so drive from the durian roundabout. It was far enough from the city center to be quiet, and close enough that transport didn't cost a lot going back back and forth to and from the city center every day. I got better sleep here than I have had at any other accommodation in Cambodia, with it being completely silent every night and the bed/pillows being just right. The breakfast every morning was fantastic (the pork and eggs with baguette is recommended), and the owners were extremely gracious and helpful. I highly recommend that anyone coming to Kampot stay here!

The bed is excellent. Free drinking water available. Fresh prepared breakfasts.
Could be useful to have a table light next to the bed. No cloths washing service but one is just around the corner.

We stayed here 10 nights and it is the cleanest and quietest place I’ve stayed in the past 5 months in S.E.A. The guest house is tucked back off the main road so you don’t hear any car or truck noise from the road. The mornings are quiet, no motor bikes, no dogs or roosters. The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. There are lots of tables and chairs outside the rooms to eat, do work, play games. The family and the staff are very friendly. This guest house exceeded my expectations. The quality you are getting for the price is great.
If you walk to the center it will take you maybe 30 minutes.

It has a great vibe, very relaxed and extremely helpful. Did all our bookings and made great recommendations. Loved being able to sit out near the garden. Location was fine for us as we don’t mind walking around and it was easy to get to the esplanade.

The owner was very nice and invited me to play football with all his local friends. It was a great experience. The hotel room is exactly what you are paying for, a nice bed and a nice bathroom. Nothing extraordinary but perfect for the amount of money it costs. Great stay!

Lovely place to stay with friendly staff.
We must’ve killed over 30 mosquitoes in our room upon check in. Would recommend a mosquito net if you have one, luckily we did. Think this may be due to windows being opened when the room is being cleaned.

Attractive rooms, surrounding the family hosts small garden, with mango trees (which they make into lovely smoothies).
Genuinely helpful hosts. We were given a mosquito zapper for our room. They make sure the hotel guests don’t sit outside talking after 10pm
