Disappointing
The staff was very nice and the room seems really pretty.
Unfortunately, there were hairs in the bed, the shower didn't drain well and the bathroom flooded. But the biggest problem is that the room is not soundproofed at all, it was windy outside and it was like sleeping in the middle of a storm.

Really great stay. We extended our stay as we felt so comfortable in our room. The interior was really lovely and it felt like a homely bedroom. The staff were extremely helpful with organising a bus to Phnom Penh. Food was also really nice. Walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants.

The restaurant and bar are great. The staff help you to arrange tours and buses. The dog is friendly! I liked having a large storage unit for my bag in the room.
The dorm rooms are quite tired and are a weird colour scheme which makes them look older than they probably are. One of the bathrooms flooded when the shower was used as the floor is not angled towards the drain.
