Staff was helpful and friendly. Motorbikes for $5/day was great! Location good - out of the fray.
Never emptied trash or cleaned the room over 3 days. Normally not a problem, but when you have to put used toilet paper in the trash it should be emptied daily. They probably would have done it if I asked.

Good location, clean bathroom, comfy large bed. Nice balcony area to chill.
The wifi was extremely weak, barely worked. In the room, and out in the common area.

Upon arrival, we were told that the check-in time had ended, and our room had been given to someone else. In other places, they always call or message guests to confirm whether they will be arriving! Our bus was delayed, and we arrived at 9 PM. The place was open, the owner was at the reception, but our name wasn’t even on the list! We weren’t even registered, despite having a reservation for two nights. Because of this, at 9 PM, after a full day of traveling with our luggage, we had to look for another place to stay! The second person at the reception, who came to tell us that our room had been given away, was rude and unwilling to communicate.
