The location of the hotel is central so it is ideal for someone who has business in that prt of the city. The staff were nice.
It was not my first stay; I have stayed there several times before. I noticed that the facilities are aging, and the service isn't as good as it used to be. For example, there was no toilet paper, and I requested it twice. The second time, the receptionist brought it unwrapped, maybe he even took it from a general WC. I have no idea. The internet didn't work on the first day, but the staff did their best to fix it. It started working, but in the room I stayed in, it still didn't work. I had to rely on my mobile internet.

I stayed there for leaving another country. It was not so far from the airport and there was a tasty restaurant near this hotel, so for me I like this location.
It was little bit narrow room. I stayed there only half a day before going to the airport. If you stay longer, I recommend you to choose others.

The property good, not too luxury , but the service and staff is very nice, we checkout at 12 still they allowed to keep our luggage in reception until night.

The hotel offered to help with luggage and then gave me a ground floor room because of back problems. The room was quiet and comfortable.

It was a clean, convenient hotel in a good part of the city - not far from Bishkek Park. Helpful staff. The rooms were clean, and simple, but with everything you need. The breakfast was fine - a small selection but totally sufficient. Despite some saying it's noisy, we didn't find that to be the case - as long as the windows were closed and aircon on, it was very comfortable.
I did cut my foot on a couple of screws that were sticking out of the side of the bed. I told the housekeeping, and one of the staff came immediately to stick a piece of carton over it. Problem solved. Although reasonably clean, there were toothpaste spots on the wall by the sink, so not spotless. Small TV.
