Very Good
Location was quite far but walkable to most points of interest. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very helpful.
I wish the lights were brighter. The room was dark with only warm lights.

For the price, this is a very good value, despite the negatives listed below. The room was very clean and comfortable and, for the most part, quiet. The hotel staff don't speak much english but we made it work via google translate for the few questions or requests I had.
In one sense, you're relatively close to the center, in an area that feels safe, but it's a good amount of walking to actually get to most things, or even to a bus stop (see below).
The biggest disappointment was that, during one night of my stay, very early in the morning I heard loud talking in the hallway that woke me up. I thought it was guests and that it would stop quickly, but it continued. Eventually I got up, opened my room door and looked to see what was going on: it was at least two staff members from the hotel in the room directly across from mine, hanging out in there with the door open, talking and laughing. Very unprofessional. I understand they might need to relax during a quiet time of the night, but at least go somewhere that you won't disturb your guests or CLOSE THE DOOR!
The only other things I didn't like were that the Wifi was adequate but not great, and the location, while fairly close to the center, is a bit inconvenient. You have at least a 20 minute walk to get to most things, and because you're at the end of a small street, it seemed like the nearest bus stop was 15 minutes away. Yandex Go is very cheap, so that helps, but if you like to be in easy walking distance to things, this would not be the place for you.

Location is nice, having a heater at this time of year helps
Reception woke me up at 7am because I have paid for an additional day at 7am. Instead of sleeping I had to go and explain I have checked in at 12 pm so my checkout time is 12 not 7.

it did not accept visa card and i have to pay in cash.
Reception was not friendly. she did not help us to find our room.
This hotel exchanged my cash for paying hotel costs at an unfair exchange rate.
The breakfast was limited. They put some items on a plate and gave guests to eat.
My family has 3 people and they only gave me 2 breakfasts!

The street leading to the hotel is under reconstruction, most of taxis don’t drive to the hotel. I had to walk for about 1 km with my suitcase ?

Came here twice, 1st time, I was a bit skeptical because of the comments, but actually, that was a safe space for me. The room was super clean, AC worked well, wifi as well, quiet area, girls at the reception are champions, water and tea/coffee available.
I could work during my stay since there is a desk in the room.

This is Karma from the himalayas ( sikkim) Salut hotel is like a home for Adventure enthusiasts and it’s my second time staying over. Since I bring riders from India ; the comfort and the hospitality provided by the team is awesome. No language barrier as there are good, smart team members ( Kareena, Malika and aliya); they made our stay very comfortable and homely. Will be coming again around September with another group to tour krygyzstan and salut is always our starting and ending station. Amazing people right from the owner himself!
I wish they start their own restaurant and bar outlet!

The hotel is OK. The personnel was nice and helpful. It is not too far away from the center (not that close either). The rooms were big. Has all the essentials.
The breakfast is really small and there are not many options. The view from the room is to some kind of a garbage depot. The street in from of the hotel is in very bad condition.
