Disappointing
I have booked two rooms, one room was ok, another one on the first floor was very poor. Breakfast was awful, no choice, low quality juice, very small pieces of melon and water melon. Kids refused to have breakfast at the hotel, so we went to Avenue cafe in th city center.
The room was very poor, at the same price we booked Lulu hotel which was much more comfortable.

Towels and sheets are worn out, and there are no lifts, so the floors become tiring when going up and carrying bags.

Very clean, friendly staff and family atmosphere. When ever you need something they are ready to help. You can see from the service that management is good and trying to provide friendly environment as i didn't expect this perfect customer service in Bishkek.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lumarc. This was our second time staying at Lumarc.
The staff are really helpful & friendly. The rooms are cleaned very well each day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
Breakfast varies slightly each day and is delicious. Lumarc also offers in hotel massage. It was honestly the best massage I have ever had! Definitely a must do if you stay at Lumarc.
