Very Good
This small, residentially-located property offers a great value for travelers. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the tea station in the hallway. We also appreciated the self check-in option, as we arrived later than anticipated.
Both rooms needed a good vacuuming, especially around the pull-out couch in one room. Breakfast is an opt-in system, and orders must be placed the day before. Due to infrastructure issues in the neighborhood, we did not receive breakfast during our stay, though this was not the property's fault.

24/7 desk is not really a thing, the owner lives 10 mins away and can come within 10 minutes usually.

Pretty clean and affordable
Host never informed about the check-in procedure and had to wait outside for 45min at 6am, because the front door was locked, no one responded by whatsapp, and the passcode was not given earlier.

The hotel room was very comfortable and had a nice bathroom. They also provided a drinking water dispenser in the hallway for your use. The WiFi connection was good, I had an important meeting I needed to take and the internet connection was reliable enough for me to complete it with no issues, there was also a desk to easily use my laptop.
I didn't get much of a chance to explore, but didn't seem like there were too many places like restaurants close to the hotel within walking distance.

The room was very clean and plenty of space. We had three beds, a queen and two singles. The mattress on the queen was nice and comfortable, but the twin mattresses were not so comfortable. Wifi was reliable and easy. It was interesting that when I arrived, there was nobody at the check in counter, but they texted me a code to get in, and the host was very responsive to text questions on WhatsApp. For doing airport pick ups at 1am, it was a convenient location, being closer to the airport. Ok stay for the price.
The two twin beds were uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on the springs. The other disappointing thing was the breakfast... From the menu, I asked for three omelettes with ham/salmon. We received scrambled eggs with nothing on them, and there were some egg shells in our eggs. It wasn't terrible, but just very basic and not what we asked for. We were also informed that their coffee machine wasn't working, so no coffee was available. They said there was tea bags and instant coffee in the hallway, but the water machine was empty, so it was not possible to get tea or coffee.

It was clean and the internet worked well. The manager off site came to the hotel to help me with questions.
There were no close restaurants or markets.
There is no English speaking person at the property. I had to use WhatsApp to ask for any help. I was supposed to get free breakfast by requesting in advance. I did not get it the last morning.

The hotel is small and you could feel yourself at home with a very hospitable staff!! There is a nice park nearby in five-minute walk where you could have dinner in a good restaurant.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Toilet was neat and good as well.
The room air conditioner was not working. Toilet shower door half section was not there because of which the water was splashing out to whole toilet area.

Good value for money. The room was nice and spacious and the host was very responsive via WhatsApp. It is a bit out of town but we were able to walk easily to the centre in about 40mins.
The road it is on can be quite fast moving traffic and so it can be hard to spot the hotel and pull in to the parking space.

The staff was very polite, they provided all the small necessities like slippers or toothpaste and generally this felt like a top tier service
The street outside, while not exceptionally busy, was very loud. I had to plug my ears to be able to sleep. Given sleeping was my main purpose (otherwise I would have just went directly from the mountains to my early morning flight), I was a little disappointed

The manager was very helpful as he provided all the information for a late self check in. The price was great and the facilities were great.
The location is not ideal but you can easily reach the city centre by taxi.

Only one chair in the double room.
The hotel did not provide any information in advance on how to get to/enter the hotel.
The QR code on the entrance door is not working. No one answers the call inside the building. Standing at the door in the rain at dusk... pathetic.

Disappointing
Rooms were clean and nice. No complaints
The staff could not arrange a taxi, he had to wait for his boss. We were at the front door for 15 minutes and thought the place was closed because nobody opened the door. The staff available was not very good (nicely said). They could do nothing without there boss who was is Moscow.
