The Kausar Hotel is a comfortable, clean, pleasant hotel with a great breakfast. The kitchen also can make dinner. This does require notification early in the day. Staff know some English. Requests for full room cleaning and bed linen changes are accommodated. The Internet worked will for me. Towels are changed daily. My double room size was ok for one person. The location of the hotel worked well for my purposes.
Full room cleaning and changing of bed linens requires asking at the front desk. Staff accommodate this well. There are no fire alarms. There was a fire in the sauna one night. Staff did come door to door to ask everyone to evacuate. Since the hotel building was not damaged, everyone was able to return to their rooms after about two hours. My double room would have been small for two people.

It's a decent hotel. But definitely not 8+rating
The room smell. Hotel located in the area where there are a lot of private houses. Dogs were barking all night long.

The pictures and description before we arrived
The reality of many things not being there as described or pictured
Breakfast is majorly cold grilled vegetables
The room wasn't at all as descibed
Prices for pool and sauna are crazy, you can just go somewhere else cheaper
Soundproof - not at all every step outside can be heard also people talking up until midnight
There are windows to hallways and not outside, so feels not private at all

Super liked this place. Staff attitude starts reception were excellent and helpful. Due to language barrier they helped us with any local communication and ordering food.
Bathroom in room 10 - please do something about the place after you get out of the shower anyone can slip on the raised tile wall and hurt very badly

Wonderful
The breakfast food is amazing. We enjoyed it very much. The staff are super nice and accommodating. They always tend quickly to our request. There are nearby restaurants and cafes to the hotel which is very convenient and it’s also not too far to the city center - jus ten minutes away.
