It says spa and wellness. But there is none. There is only a extra building where you have to pay extra. And during our stay there was not even a slot available.
Furthermore we had a room with balcony. I expected something to sit outside at the fresh air. But it was just the most ugly extra room with looked windows and nothing to sit. I think it's just the escape for the emergency exit.

I was disappointed with the breakfast overall. Not only was it disappointing in terms of quality, but I also had to pay for coffee (2 cups- approximately USD 5).
Secondly I feel misled by the hotel’s listing on Booking.com. It indicated that sauna and hammam were available for fee. I checked with them and they asked me to get a paid massage or peeling and only then I was told that I would be able to sit in the sauna. This contradicts what is given on the website.

Suite itself was way above my expectations - huge size, comfortable, everything works, nicely appointed, clean. Coffee at the lobby bar was fantastic!
Location is awful in the middle of mixed residential/commercial zone constantly plagued by heavy traffic - there was no noise impact due to soundproofing, but getting and and out of hotel was a pain almost all the time. Breakfast is simply awful and is probably the worst ever i had in any hotel, let alone 5-star.

The staff is super nice and hepful, it makes the stay worthy but I doubt this is a 5 star hotel. It is quite old, bad wifi, no smart TV, and we did not have warm water one day.
For the price is OK, but it would not hurt to have it modernized a bit.

Very spacious and confortable rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very cozy. Breakfast is also amazing. Best hotel that we found in Kyrgysztan so far. The SPA is also highly recomended. One of my best massage so far.
