Basic, but very nice hotel. It felt very new, everything was in perfect condition. It felt very similar to an Ibis hotel, but nicer. The room was a bit small, but we're ok with that. The bed was a little on the firm side, I would prefer a bit softer, but it was still nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also nice, with lots of options. We ordered pizza and chicken salad for dinner and we were surprised at the quality of food; better than some restaurants in town!

It’s so normal hotel and not good in many aspects
The breakfast is not open buffet .. and very basic .. no water “Shataf” while they consider them selfs as muslim .. while muslims are very clean and clean them selfs properly after using toilet,.. not just wipe ? ?!!

We booked this hotel for a long layover we had in Bishkek. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted warmly at the reception desk. A lovely guy at the reception gave our five year old a couple of complimentary toys, which was so nice and unexpected! The room was clean, well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a 24-hour kitchen and we were able to order food in the room and have dinner after our late flight. The food was absolutely scrumptious! For breakfast too, and you can come into the kitchen area any time to grab a quick complimentary snack. Internet speed was pretty good.
The neighborhood is rather industrial with poor air quality, but the hotel is exceptional!

The property is modern and clean. The staff are very warm and helpful. The 24hrs pantry with free coffee etc is a very nice addition to the charm. Big supermarket is just 2 min walk.
Nothing just a bit away from the center (Ala Too square) about 15-20mins but Yandex is easy to get and very affordable.

The breakfast is simple yet deliciously filling. Love that beyond what is in the buffet spread, we can order some more items like bread, our preferred way cooked eggs. The size of the bed was enough for a small family for 4 with kids below 12 years old even if they only permit max 3 in a room. All the basic you need is of reach and the 24/7 buffet area will provide you comfort with unlimited coffee and even small delicious snack and tea available for grab for FREE!!!
They even permitted us to eat our own food and helped us to boil our instant noodles! ;-)
There was no information that we can order eggs of some things not available in the buffet. Thank God the property manager came in to inform us when my husband asked for support in refilling the sections. The A/C could have been on despite being winter season as inside the premises it was too hot.

It was a nice hotel. The staff were very nice to me and could speak english. My Russian was bad but i stayed there for 1 month and everything was fine.
Also great food amd there is a microwave if you want to reheat your meals.
Not really in the center but easily accessible by bus and it costs barely nothing.

The size of the room is good for 1-2 people but with kids it will be really tight
