The room was consistently neat and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent every day, offering a great start to the morning. The staff were highly cooperative, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout.
The location is slightly distant from the main downtown area, which may require additional travel time for central attractions. However, it offers a quieter and more relaxed environment away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

I think that we must have been upgraded because we ended up with an amazing, spacious suite! Not at all what we expected, we were quite blown away. Our friend's twin room was also very spacious. Despite being hard to find, it is in a good location in the city. The breakfast was good - small buffet with good selection of food. The price was very good.
What let us down was the shower - you had to run the water for 5 minutes before there was hot water, and by that time you were standing in 2 inches of water, as the drain was blocked ( I was afraid that it would run over the shower unit and flood the bathroom - thankfully it didn't).
The other problem is finding the place! We rang reception, but she was totally useless at giving instructions. So, for those looking for it travel down Bokonbaeva St until you reach Narodny supermarket, next to Touristan Hotel, and take a left down a small street. It is right behind Touristan Hotel.

Very convenient location, good facilities, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Very close to the center of city and yet in a quiet area.
Breakfast is okay, good variety, nice coffee
The breakfast room is in the basement and not very cozy. Would have been nice to get for breakfast some nice bread.

The room was just as described and was very clean. The bathroom had all appliances needed, and the WiFi worked great. There’s some supermarkets a short walk away, as well as places to eat nearby with affordable and good food. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hotel responds very quickly to messages. I used Yandex taxi to get to the center of the city, and it only takes around 10 minutes. Or if you decide to walk, it takes around 30 minutes.

The hotel is just great! Everybody is so kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Also, the hotel is in a side street, so no loud noise from anywhere. A supermarket is just around the corner and restaurants are close by.

No internet for the first day, TV didn't work, bath water was too hot. Payment has to do with phone and the receptionist took a picture of my phone to confirm payment. A bottle of water was opened.

i love how the hotel room was clean, bathroom is clean and the room is spacious.
the shower is either too cold or too hot. it was didficult
to adjust. breakfast has less choices and restaurant’s lighting is dark.

The staff is super helpful, all of them speak english super well, they provided me shuttle from airport, indicated a safe place where I could exchange money, ordered a taxi to the Ala Archa park, etc...
Everything was good and clean. The breakfast was good even for me as vegan!
I really don't have anything bad to say.
