We stayed at Damas International Hotel and overall had a very positive experience. What we liked The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked both a suite and a triple room, and were pleasantly surprised by the size of each. Everything was kept clean: fresh bed linen, timely housekeeping, and replenishment of bottled water and bathroom amenities. Both rooms were equipped with refrigerators, which was very convenient. Breakfasts were varied and satisfying. There was lightly salted and smoked fish, the option to order eggs or an omelet with your own choice of ingredients, fresh vegetables and fruits, yogurt, cheese and cold cuts. For children, there were pancakes, crepes, cereals with toppings, and even nuts — a nice touch for families. The bar is open 24/7, and we could always ask for ice or buy mineral water. The lobby was always quiet and peaceful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The young staff at reception were polite, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed assistance.
This is not really the hotel’s fault — the city is developing and there are two large construction sites outside the windows: a residential building on one side and a five-star hotel on the other. Fortunately, there was no noise, and we could even keep the windows open. In the suite, one of the couches was broken. Since we didn’t use it, this wasn’t a big issue. For our child, we joined the sofas together, and the staff kindly provided extra bedding with a mattress topper — which actually made the sleeping space even larger and more comfortable.

The room is spacious...the bfast buffet also good with different menu each day. Location also near coffee shop, restaurant and little bit of working to plaza mall
During my visit, they are doing renovation.. spa is close.

We visited in August 2024. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: - Spacious, clean rooms. - They have the option of triple rooms (rooms with 3 twin beds). - Bathrooms have bidets. - The breakfast buffet was very good. - The room service menu is big and includes plenty of options. - Friendly staff. - The location is convenient in the middle of the city near some malls and shops. - The view is beautiful with the view of the independence roundabout (for the rooms located on the right hand side). - There's an ATM in the lobby.
Cons: - We requested laundry service from the reception, but they didn't pick up the bags. - The bellboy doesn't work 24/7. Their shift is 9-5. - The gym is okay, but the cardio machines seem old. - There's no safe in the room.

It is a large hotel. Rooms offered are large and clean. Staff is pleasant and check in was smooth. location is also nice, with great views, especially if you get a room on the upper floors. big comfortable beds.
The hotel is quite dated, and you can tell that easily. Many things, from the heaters to the power sockets were broken. The hotel for sure was very chic at some point, but now needs some renovations.
