Staff was trying to charge us extra for using the washer and dryer even though it was included. Every time we interacted they were trying to make extra money off of us to pocket it. When we talked to them about it they got very rude. We asked where it said in the policy it was an extra cost and the lady pointed to a price of paper which never said that, when we said it doesn’t say it there she got dismissive and visibly annoyed that we knew she was trying to make money off of us to keep. We also wanted to extend our stay by a couple hours and they said we would have to pay for an entire day even though the policy said we could pay for additional hours. They eventually let us and we left at 2:00 am, as soon as we left our room there was a bucket of water and cleaning supplies waiting which felt unpleasant like we were being rushed even though we overpaid to stay there for an extra 2 hours because they didn’t want to let us. Just felt like we had to be on guard with our money. We had 5 rooms total and there was only a refrigerator in 2 of them like they said they would have. I will say the building does need an upgrade because they walls are showing signs or needing a remodel and not all the lightbulbs were working. Otherwise it was very clean, and the location was in the center of everything only a 2 minute walk.

The mattress of the bed was not comfortable.

very bad soundproof. neighbors were smoking inside their room and all the smell was coming to my room through the hole under the door, can’t open the window because of the awful pollution outside. poor breakfast. FYI there is no HOTEL sign, this is a private house renovated into the hotel.

I think that this is not managed by someone with professional experience. The people are nice there, but it just does not give you the feel that they are professional enough for me to be honest. For example, there is no sign for the front enterence to the "hotel" so it was difficult to find. Moreover the room was not cleaned once when I was there so the water bottles started gathering up pretty quickly. Moreover, the bed was not even made when I first arrived which was a little ridicuous. Also there was a window in my room, but it led out to a hallway which was bizarre.
