We stayed at Art Hotel for one night before a very early morning flight and it was perfect for that purpose. The hotel is the closest one to the airport, so the transfer was fast and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As we had to leave before breakfast, they prepared breakfast in containers for us to take with us, which was a really nice touch. A very convenient and pleasant stay for anyone flying early.

Everything about this hotel is great except for the location. But it didn't bother me at all as Yandex taxi is everywhere. Breakfast was very good. They clean the room daily and make your bed. It's in a very quiet and hidden location. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay again if given the chance to go back to Bishkek.

Couple things
1) shampoo and shower gel were in the same disposers with the same labels (saying Shampoo), so It wasn’t clear what is what.
2) I’d like it to be more options among breakfast items. And it would be perfect if breakfast would be server till 11

The staff was very friendly and they understood english. The location and parking space was good.
The breakfast was nice and of good taste. The restaurant was also good and the hotel was neat.
There is nothing much,maybe room was a little small but perfect for a days stay. Similar to rest of kyrg there is no water faucet near toilet in the bathroom.

Large room. Very friendly staff (outstanding). There's a bus (public transport) no 153 to and from the airport, only 140 Com. Clean.
The breakfast might be richer but I know that the quality was in proportion to its price.

Hotel was very nice and the staffs are so corporative.. receptionist (Urzhlan) was very kind.. also the breakfast was delicious
Its our 2nd stay within 1 week.. but once we checked in we entered to the room and washroom.. unfortunately I couldn’t breathe inside the washroom as it was smelly too much and haven’t flushed after previous use?.. I believe housekeeping staffs have missed to double check the room before releasing the room..

Truly valuable for the money. staffs are very polite especially the receptionist lady who checked in us on 7th afternoon was very friendly.. also the breakfast is very good with different varieties..but the food was cold..
Unfortunetly we didn't see any bell person in the hotel.. we had to carry our luggages by our own to the rooms after traveling nearly 5 hours..

Breakfast selection was pretty good- even for vegetarian
They claim they’re 4 stars but I think for international standards it’s definitely 3
Bathroom way too small
Had to pay for the coffee in the morning.. never have I seen this at a 4 star hotel
Heater fan made so much noise and I could hear the generator outside all night long
Bathroom in the double room is SO SMALL
The lights were very bright. Recommend to get yellow lights

The staff, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service, were all polite and welcoming, making us feel at home. They do their best to accommodate requests, and if something isn’t possible, they communicate it courteously while offering alternative solutions. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of warm dishes available each day and a rotating selection on the buffet. However, as Kyrgyzstan has a predominantly meat-based cuisine, vegan options were limited. We stayed in a double room, which provided ample space for two people, accommodating two large suitcases and two carry-on trolleys comfortably. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, making it a convenient option. To reach the city center, we took a taxi, which can be booked via Yandex or with assistance from the reception.

Clean hotel and welcoming staff speaking English as well as the food was nice.
One of the pillows was stained, it was not clean. as well as the breakfast should have a little bit more options. The bathroom should have a Bathroom bidet for more self hygiene.
