Exceptional
One of the best hotels in Bishkek. They have really high international standards. Staff really kindly gave us much better room with perfect view at the sister hotel. However we still could join really good breakfast at the seventh floor of this building. Location is in heart of Bishkek close to everything. They had good sauna, sports room. Everything new, carefully all details are thoughtful.

It is conveniently located, clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the staff is accommodating - I came in at 3am and they allowed me to have a late checkout of 2pm for no charge!

Set off the main street, there is a hidden quality to the hotel. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.
One elevator meant some long waits to get up and down from the restaurant. It would be nicer if there were more attractive lobby seating or a pleasant entryway.

Feel short-changed, Although Hotel claims they offer sauna, it is NOT in the hotel, but in another hotel Solutel 150m away!! Very misleading. I booked the hotel on basis they hv a sauna as advertised. Hotel faced a high rise building under construction - a BIG eyesore. Lobby rather small for 4 star. Just one power socket around desk, to be shared with electric kettle, laptop & phone charging.veey inconvenient. Breakfast choice limited. NOT a decent 4 star. Poor value for money at $130/nite.

Great hotel, right in the city centre of Bishkek.
The attention, hospitality and kindness of the staff is great, and a special mention to Zhamilia, the front desk receptionist, who also acted as concierge during our visit (she recommended a tour to the beautiful and stunning Ala Archa National Park, with private driver and at a very reasonable price).
We also got a room upgrade and late check out, and which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. A memorable experience overall.

We liked how big the room is. We didnt expect it to be so spacious and clean. They have bidet in the toilet. The receptionist also was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast spread is also good and yummy.

Nice rooms, all comfort.
The breakfast very good.
Very nice rooftop restaurant.
The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia.
Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality.
Rather noisy on the 5 th floor in the evening and at night.
The waiting times at the restaurant could be improved; 45 minutes for a meal is really too long.
