The location was awesome, 2 minutes or less walk to the beach.
The bed were big enough to accommodate us with the kids.
The facility is worth the value

The area is not well facilitated with water, so 2 days we experienced water shortage

I liked the host, Mr Safari he was very kind, hospitable, and just a call a way when i needed assistance he catered for me very well
I didn't like the food packages they can do better for the in house guest though the chefs were kind

Great vibe. Really clean and pretty. Attention to detail. The whole concept of the shared house works great. It's almost like a fancy hostel I think. Staff is amazing, really helpful and cool
The only challenging part is that at the time we visited the main road was blocked and was quite rainy. So even with a car was quite hard moving around to Watamu and Malindi

Its on the other end of town and not very convenient in terms of location. No hot water in the shower.

They did not provide drinking water, that is unacceptable to me, not even for brushing teeth. It’s also far from central Watamu

Although far from the center, the beach location was amazing. It’s pretty affordable and the place has books you can read. Nice cute place for a family. I’ll definitely sample it again with mine.
Room service left my room unattended on one day. The receptionist wasn’t too friendly. Scolded me on the first date for getting lost and duped me into paying for transport from the facility to the airport only to realize I was fueling his vehicle for his own escapades. He refunded me but after a lengthy exchange and me threatening to report him to the owner.

Pleasant experience, allowed us to fully disconnect from the world for the weekend. Very close to the beach, the place is kept immaculately clean, breakfast is good, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shower pressure is fantastic, but the hot water was not consistent.
Google maps misled us a little the first time, as it incorrectly directed us to turn before passing the Twiga Beach Resort gate.
Not much. The road to the property is a little rough after "The One, Watamu Bay", but is manageable.

Pole Pole Beach House is literally a minute from the beach with easy access. The staff were delightful and very very helpful (even got me a motor bike to town whose rider was equally pleasant). I'd like to single out Safari, who was a most generous aimiable and helpful host. When I dropped my phone in his car on my way to the airport, he very kindly came back to bring it to me. I had a nice room with a balcony from where you could see the ocean. I had a really really lovely stay.

Great accommodation, extremely close to the beach, with a good selection of beach bars/places to eat.
Safari was an excellent host - always ready to help, both in terms of arranging trips, or transport, and always ready for a chat!

I love the location - perfect spot for beach holiday and not too fair-away from Watamu - yes the road is not perfect but for me it was part of my Kenya experience :-)
They are a few very good restaurant on the beach and Safari was always very helpful , he even took as to a local church which was amazing experience !
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and learn a bit about the locals , the location is very safe .
