EXCELLENT , GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL VIEW , VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.
The bathroom should have a shower curtain as water splashes everywhere and there are chances of one slipping and falling down.

The landscaping in the resort
No restaurant where we spent the night and had to walk in the main building.
Ordered food and meat was not fresh. Couldn’t finish the meal and when we reported we were not offered something else.

houses a bit cramped and the exterior surroundings not really blending in...bit like a building site at times
Guests not relaxed as too much going on with private cars from outside, so no exclusivity
You should contact the pembroke school and see what they recommend and make a link with them for parents staying a few days etc.

They used different pictures to advertise the lodge.
The place we stayed at was utter garbage. 10 rooms so close together that a toilet flushed in any one room is heard across all 10 rooms.
A person snoring in the one room can wake all occupants in the 10 rooms.
It's almost undescribable how bad those rooms were.

The location is fantastic and the landscape excellent
I accidentally took the room key when I checked out.
No one was at the reception to remind us to hand in the keys.
I travelled more than 100 Kilometres when I was asked to return the key.
Had to pay for transport for the key to be handed back.

Excellent value. Quiet, lots of greenery. Attentive staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Tasty food. All at a price that's hard to beat

Staff always welcoming and food was good.
Having booked a double/ twin room we were told the twin bed room was twice the cost. Our booking on Booking.com clearly stated a choice of double or twin for the price quoted.
