Dear Mwanzo Lodge Team, Thank you very much for all your kindness, you gave me for nearly two weeks, I was allowed to stay at your place. Excellent drinks, food, service spirit from all employees and management staff. Also my greatest thanks to all the people I had no direct contact with, but everything else can only be perfect, because everybody (seen and hidden) work together very hard and good. Asante Sana! Robert Stock
Would be nice to assure hot water every day and internet connectivity could be better.

Exceptional
Friendly welcoming helpful staff
Excellent food
Views from the dining area
Drinking water freely available at all times
Not a criticism of Mwanzo Lodge but do not use Google maps to get there. Follow booking.com or phone the lodge for directions through gates to flower farm.

What i loved most was the breathtaking scenery from som many angles. I could just sit and stare for ages.
The rooms are amazing and comfortable and have a mixture of European and African furnishing. Part of my stay was with a room with a balcony which had amazing views.
Breakfast was served at different places around and outside the restaurant , so got an opportunity to experience the sights from different angels.
Most of the staff very attentive and helpful ?. Chris, Maggie and Enoch were especially helpful.
Definitely coming back.
Was sometimes difficult to get attention at Restaurant even if not busy.

Brilliant team, very attentative, friendly and welcoming. Best team we encountered in our first 3 weeks in Kenya. We gave the chef a challenge with 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians. And he mastered it. Asante sana Julius.
Do the walking safari with Enock as well !
Internet needs to be improved. Connectivity and band with need a revamp :-)

First and foremost, the lodge's location is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst the stunning landscape of Naivasha Lake, I was treated to panoramic views that were nothing short of awe-inspiring. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The Lodge at Naivasha was an extraordinary experience that left an indelible mark on the heart. The kind and attentive staff, combined with the magnificent views and authentic African charm, made this trip truly unforgettable. If you're seeking a serene and soul-stirring getaway, look no further than this little slice of African paradise. I cannot wait to return for another enriching journey!

The lodge itself is a testament to African charm and authenticity. The architecture and interior design blended seamlessly with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. The room I got was good but if you want to use the bathtub, you might want to request a room with a regular size one. The one on my room was kid size. I enjoyed lunch and dinner.
The wifi is very spotty. Almost non existent. If you are planning to work/do meetings, best to have a plan B.

An unexpected spot on a hilltop overlooking rose growing greenhouses. clean and pleasant with an exceptional staff that handled all requests seamlessly. The manager, Hassan, was a pleasure to work with.

Disappointing
a bed at the end of a long drive from the top of the Aberdares and up Mt Eburu and back
signage to the hotel in the dark is minimal and almost impossible to see. the hotel is not outside the flower park but inside in a private area.
we arrived to be told we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs or drive out to another entrance.the hotel seemed deserted but we saw 3 other gusts in the morning. difficult to provide driver,s room but they did after negotiation.
