Great apartment. Very clean, light, airy and comfortable. Super helpful and friendly 24hr front desk people and very quick to respond to every query (Ruth in particular). Location is excellent for its central location to get to places of interest around Nairobi. It is handily attached to a mall so easy to walk across for shopping (supermarket, cafes, pharmacy and a few touristy shops). There is no restaurant in the apartment complex so all food needs to be delivered or bought and prepared yourself.

Fantastic property that has been meticulously refurbished. Very spacious apartmentwhich isthoroughly cleaned. A fantastic location with a back door to Yaya Centre. The staff were extremely friendly. When we requested a much quieter environment, they instantly moved us to another apartment.
The drilling noise due to refurbishment works until we were moved to a quieter apartment.

Huge, comfortable apartment. Well furnished with comfortable beds. Large TV with sports channels. Busy but central location: easy to get Ubers and seemed reasonably safe to walk around during the day.
Shopping centre next door which can be accessed without leaving the secure area.
Huge outdoor swimming pool (not heated).
Major building works on the ground floor meant some noise in the day, only one lift working so sometimes had to wait quite a long time, main gym not functioning.
Some traffic noise, even on the 7th floor, as the building is quite old and windows are single glazed and not tight fitting.
Staff were nice but disorganised. We found our apartment missing basic items which we had to ask for, eg only one remote control for 3 a/c units, only 3 sets of cutlery for 4 people, no hairdryer. Took a long time to get towels for the pool.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. But one member of staff stood out for us and her name is Ruth, she was always smiling and happy, so helpful and treated us like nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are excellent, feels like you are home away from home. Having the shopping centre next door to the apartments was great. Everything you could need is just next door.
Only thing that we didn't like was the traffic noise from the main road.

We had two seperate issues with the supply of hot water. This was rectified by the staff, but was inconvenient and should not have happened twice.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was very professional from the security, reception to the housekeeping. Very convenient place close to the mall and nive restaurants. Clean environment and couple friendly. I would definitely go back and stay for a longer period

The room was exactly as the pictures, which was surprising. The staff were fantastic and the security as good as it can be.
There was noise coming from the clubs down the road, and the windows were only basic (so didnt really help with the noise canceling) so not for someone who needs full silence. I dont really understand why the developers have not installed proper windows for this as the rest of the room is so qualitative. But for me it was still okay.

Every single staff member, from check-in to reception, security and housekeeping, were warm and welcoming.
Only thing missing was dish soap and a sponge for the kitchen sink
