Perfect location! Samson, Samwel and Stephen went above and beyond in all they did. Cynthia was lovely during my check out. I cannot forget William, he got my luggage and made sure they were stowed before departure to the airport.
The security team at the front were not keen on screening everyone coming in the hotel.

The Kempinski speaks for itself. We were now guests for the third time. The staff, service and restaurants are exceptional. When you arrive and Samson greets you with his smile, you know you are a welcome guest.

The hotel is externally outdated and needs a full revamp. The rates do not justify the property or its services. The rooms are dirty with stains bathrooms stink beds are as if you sleep in a third class motel

Facilities generally good, including gym and pool.
Massively overcharge for extras - $70 for a very short taxi transfer, later discovered an Uber would have been about $7. Breakfast wasnt included and would have cost $60 per day for 2 of us.

The hotel ambience is lovely. The staff are hospitable and friendly - a special thanks to Cynthia at the reception for making our stay pleasant and John from the Gym for being a great PT. The spa is lovely.
