Its a beautiful place, all rooms with a direct view to a waterfall. The hotel is small, and very stylish. Staff quickly starts feeling like family. They go out of their way to make sure one is comfortable. One night, we got home late from a meeting, hadnt had food, and they still quickly prepared something to eat for us, after 11pm.

This truly is a one of a kind hotel. Designed by owner/architect Vetle Jorgensen, staying here is like living inside a secluded Frank Lloyd Wright house for a few days. The waterfall outside is incredibly soothing to listen to, and the landscaping and gardens are beautiful. What really makes this place special is the staffyour hosts Rose and son Norman - and their entire team - really focus on making you feel at home.
I regret not booking a longer stay.

After a 17 hr layover and no sleep on the plane my girlfriend and I arrived at this beautiful place early around 5am and were greeted with very friendly faces. They arranged pick up at the airport and it was seamless and super easy about 30 minutes away. When we got into our room all we heard was the sound of a amazing waterfall coming from the window which was so tranquil and peaceful to take a nap. Even though breakfast was only till around 10am, they were kind enough to still make it. This place has such a zen feeling and beautifully built and clean. The owner of the propertys son Norman was so kind and even offered to take us around town showing us all the highlights of his city and was so welcoming and now have a new friend from Kenya!

Beautiful place for nature lovers. Quite, safe, and the sound of waterfalls to sleep with. We loved every bit of the time spent there.
It becomes even special when the owners are so welcoming and give you the feel of a family.

The tranquility of the property is beyond this world- a perfect place to reset and get in tune with oneself. Norman was a lovely host and Sarah's pancakes have to be one of the best I've ever had! Will definitely be back :)

The manager, the whole staff, the place is beautiful, the location was wonderful with a beautiful water course with small falls. Sleeping with the sound of the water course was wonderful. thank you, I will be back.

Very peaceful and mind-relaxing setting. The staff is very kind and helpful in all situations. Easy to connect to many parts of the city via Uber.
The Villa is in a hilly setting so there are plenty of stairs which I like but it needs a bit of attention and coordination.

This is an excellent property. Quite, comfortable, uniquely designed and serene. As the Title notes it is a big, strong building right next to a waterfall.
We dont have anything which we dont like. When we come to Nairobi next we will stay at Villa Rock Stop Falls.

Just checked out after a lovely stay at Villa Rock-Stop. The villa is unique and full charm, set in beautiful area at the edge of Karura forest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the waterfall, and breakfast was excellent. Most of all, the staff were all very friendly and attentive and Norman and his family were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable - arranging a visit to Nairobi National Park, preparing home-cooked meals, and offering help when I had an issue with my bank.

wonderful location
the room was very very tiny as well as the bed its not suitable for two people
the mosquito nets were also too small as they are round making you even not be able to move
