Wonderful
Great place to stay and we'd definitely go back. Great reataurant in both quality and variety. Common areas in the hotel were varied and comfortable. Nice workout room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Big and nice room, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom. Also the restaurant is pretty good.
Lots of controls and lenghty time to access the hotel.

Very artsy feels like a gallery in the public spaces. Helpful friendly service and great food.
The rooms need to be improved (no clue why they think its cool to have a see through glass door between the bed and toilet/bathroom). Lots of stains on walls and sofas, I put a towel down before sitting on bedroom sofas. You need to hire a car to move around town as its very far from places (but there is a mall next door).

The design of the hotel is nice.
The main issue has been waiting for hot water for 10mn each time you want hot water.
There's no desk to work in the room.
There's no separate bathroom.
The pool is very cold and is facing the restaurant, so not everyone may feel comfortable.

The room was lovely, we visited on our honeymoon and they gave us an upgrade which was so kind of them.
I felt like they were a bit pushy with booking things through the hotel (which is obviously very expensive) We booked a Nairobi National Park tour not through the hotel which was great. The driver of the hotel took us to the Giraffe Centre, which cost us 80 USD. We wanted to go to a restaurant close by the next day so we ubered instead (which is definitley fine to do and great) and it cost us 15 USD.

Breakfast was good Room great Dinner - Did not order any meals . Lack Local cuisine. Found it interesting they only serve international cuisine and not Kenyan Cuisine.
Would be great to have local Cuisine not international Cuisine. People love to experience the local aspect of any country. I believe Kenyan Cuisine would do exactly that for the international traveller. After all, that's why people travel to get a different feel, and food is the best of that.

Staff were very friendly
Bottled Mineral Water provided in rooms was Chlorinated, so adversely effected the taste of any coffee or tea made in the rooms. Executive lounge not open on Sundays. Swimming pool more for show than for use. Gym, poor selection of dumbbell weights.
