I chose the hotel for the location. Since I arrived without my wallet and cards (stolen in transit through Paris Charles de Gaulle) the staff were great in helping me overcome the resulting hassle.

Fantastic hotel, the position is ultra central, rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and professional, the breakfast is abundant and delicious, I fully enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!!

The breakfast was great. The staff that prepared and served the breakfast were nice and receptive. Thanks to DOLPHINE, JULIET & a dark Chef, whose name I cant remember now. They were all wonderful people. Oh yeah, those at the reception- Melvin, John & Elizabeth were awesome, always ready to help & very professional. I can't stop without mentioning one of the drivers. Mr Paul is a very amiable man, I bonded with him easily from the time he picked me from the Airport. He showed me many nice places in Nairobi. I still communicate with him till date.
There was no bathrooms slippers in the room. The hotel should make bathroom slippers available in all the hotel rooms.

The Garden was amazing, the restaurants were very cozy and the food was really great.
And the staff is excepcional!! Very kind and always smiling.
The bathrooms door was almost broken
and the laundry mislead the clothes.

Highly recommended for both business and private stays in Nairobi. The staff in the reception are very efficient and courteous. The rooms are comfortable, light and always clean. The hotel is well located not far from the center, but in green and peaceful surroundings. With the new expressway it is just a 25 minute trip from the airport (I recommend the hotel's own drivers, they know the short cuts). The restaurants, cafes and gardens at The Fairview next door are a major bonus. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.. All the staff are so helpful. The reception staff and managers handle everything very professionaly. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast serving is smooth, and the drivers and security staff are courteous. It is a pleasure to stay here and we will be back.

The staff is wonderful, the room is clean and I love the breakfast. The shared facilities with the Fairview hotel is also a huge plus. Lovely garde and pool area!

I liked the Customer service provided at check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly, efficient and fast. They also provided express breakfast on request which made it convenient for me to have breakfast in my room before my early morning meetings.
The rooms permeate some noise from the corridors when other guests are checking in or receiving calls. However, despite this, the place is mostly quiet and calm.

Disappointing
We were a group of 10 people travelling in Kenya. I've set the breakfast with the reception to be ready in a certain time. some in the room, some to take away. We were 10 people, we wrote everything in the hotel's breakfast information sheet, everything was super detailed as they asked us. When the time came, nobody knew anything, we were extremely late to Masai Mara, 1h later. Then when the breakfast take away came, everything was all mixed up, with no names, we couldn't identify who was what..very bad experience in the first day of our trip with schedules to fulfill. very bad start, especially for me who was the tour leader.
