Stayed twice in 6 nights. Both visits, lobby and reception staff exceptional. Breakfast good. Beds and room temp much more comfortable second visit. Hotel security very very reassuring. Interconnecting room requests honoured. Pool area good for an evening drink. Airport transfers fine, both private and shared.
Stayed twice in six nights. First visit, beds not so comfy/room very chilly. Evening buffet not that great, all a bit chaotic, bbq very slow, staff nowhere near the standard of lobby/reception staff.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped a lot with things that we needed to get done. The food was amazing as well (more on this in the parts that were a bit out if place)
Overall it was a great experience! Mr. Wamoto is doing a stellar job!
There was some strange sequence of events regarding dinner on the first day. So the booked room was with both Breakfast and Dinner for 2 nights. On the first day, after Dinner, a bill had to be signed. The bill was 7000 KES. That was a bit odd as the room number was given and it wasn't explained. After asking around it seems like it was cleared up. On the next day Breakfast was 0 KES and the Dinner as well was 0 KES. On the last day Breakfast was 0 KES again. So all good in the end, but the situation was just a bit strange.

The shuttle to the airport was super convenient.
Small detail, the pool space could be reorganized. In the afternoon only a few chairs have sun, the rest is in the shade.
