Wonderful
Food was great; good buffet option for most meals. Excellent staff! Good security at the property.
There was a concert and fireworks one night (across the street). It would have been nice for the hotel for forewarn us!

Dinner was EXCELLENT. The best hotel food I have ever had in a hotel in Kenya. Staff were generally polite and warm.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, food was good, pool and gym were nicely appointed. Location was central.

The food here is fantastic, especially the oxtail soup. The hotel staff are really professional and helpful. They help us book the local tours. A 24-hour open coffee shop onsite is also very helpful. This hotel is close to Wilson Airport from where a majority of safari flights leave, so you avoid downtown traffic. However, it is located in Surburb next to busy road, so you can't really go out to have a walk.
The room is quite blank, business-like and a little depressed looking. It has an open bathroom without a door which offers zero privacy for fellow traveler.

Wonderful
Staff was very friendly; restaurant and service was good. The rooms are a good size and very quiet which is what we needed after a full day of travel. We felt very safe and it is very close to the Wilson Airport (for safari purposes) and not too far from the international airport. We stayed twice, bookending our trip to Masai Mara. We always had a staff driver waiting to pick us up

So beautiful and comfortable! We loved the facilities and the live music in the bar as well. The location, close to Wilson airport, was just what we needed.
We were traveling as two friends, so the openness of the bathroom was a bit tricky for us. We managed fine though. A solo traveler or couple would not have an issue.
