They charged us money outside of the money we paid on the website for the VISITORS that came during the day and not the actual guests that were staying in the house for the night. they charged us an additional 450 on top of the 165 we had already paid. it is absolutely criminal to pay over 500 for one night in a house in nairobi. Still expecting a refund before we report it to the police.

Its a wonderful loft, with magnificent architecture and very friendly and helpful staff. We felt absolutely cared for. We had meetings at the UN, and the staff helped us organise reliable and accessible taxis. It went very smooth.
It wasnt a problem for us, but the listing announces 4 double beds, and actually theres 3 double beds and one single. This could possibly run people in trouble. Showers could be better, they dont heat very well.

Runda Lofts is an oasis of calm and beauty is just a few minutes taxi ride (or a 30 minute walk) from Village Market (Gigiri) and, beyond that, the United Nations HQ. It provides lovely quiet location with gardens and a terrace. There is a security guard to the estate, which means you can go for a run without feeling at risk.
Alfred, Janet and everyone could not have been more helpful. Everything was perfect. Also excellent value.

I loved the location. Home away from home. Nice and quiet area. The staff were friendly and available when we needed them. I felt safe. Beddings clean and warm. Great decor.
The bathroom on ground floor flooded after taking a shower. Maybe have something to block the water from flowing back to the toilet side. Raise the toilet area and have the water drain.

Beautiful house, spacious bedrooms, huge living room areas, opens space with high sealing, beautiful outdoor gardens, its a home away from home.
Housekeeping lady has terrible customer services. The management was quick enough to address issue and apologise on her behalf.

The location is great and the property is so nice.
We were surprised that we were supposed to clean the used dishes before leaving in the morning . I have never seen this before in other homes. The cleaner was asking for ksh 1000 to cleaning the dishes. That's so expensive to just wash the dishes and the lady in question could not negotiate. And when we washed the utensils half way she said its okey just pay 500bob i will wash which we did coz we were in a hurry. Please look into this issue kindly tell the guest in advance or write the charges to be incurred if you use the utensils.Thankyou.
