Disappointing
the hotel is nice, staff are helpful, location is great. I also like the ease of access, close to several amenities, shopping and restaurants
I booked bed only however upon check-in the receptionist up-sold breakfast to my package without explaining that even if I didn't take breakfast, I would have to pay. I didn't take breakfast on two days and was asked to pay for those two days. found it unfair and unreasonable

Everything, from the facilities to the staff. Special thanks to George, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and my birthday special. We arrived very early in the morning, and he immediately gave us a complimentary room as he saw it was my birthday. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake! The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly stay in Nairobi. We will definitely be back!

The location was right next to a lot of really nice dance clubs. The rooftop pool was very nice and the exercise room was clean and well equipped. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Brake fast was ok not too high & not too low, Rooms where perfect cleaning was excellent staff are really friendly and very helpful overall nice experience
