Wonderful
Good breakfast with all the basics. We enjoyed the gym very much, great space and nice view. Also the swimingpool at the roof was great. The staff was extraorinarily kind and serviceminded. It's great if you just need a few nights in Nairobi. Quite and calm location.

Location and restaurant is good
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton and had a series of disappointing experiences. On the first night, I was greeted by an overwhelming sewer smell emanating from the toilet and bathroom. This odor pervaded the entire room, and my clothes ended up smelling as well. Despite the apparent toilet issue, the problem was not immediately resolved. The next day, I was moved to another room, which was unfortunately situated right under an area undergoing loud construction. The noise was so disruptive that it woke me up and made it impossible to work. Expecting a solution, I was relocated to yet another room. However, this room also had a toilet issue, albeit less severe. I had to keep the light and fan constantly on to mitigate the smell. To my dismay, the management was unresponsive to these significant inconveniences. They declined to offer a refund for even a single night, including the one with the most severe issues. Their compensation offer was a mere $10 on a stay that cost over $2000, which was far from satisfactory. This experience was entirely unexpected from a hotel under the Sheraton brand. The lack of proper accommodation and resolution to the issues I faced was disheartening. It's clear that in this instance, the hotel did not live up to the expected standards of customer service and quality.

Great location , very attentive staff. Clean rooms , large variety to choose from at breakfast and dinner. The cafeteria at reception had a large variety of cakes , pies and mandazi . Coffee was excellent quality.
The ambience was extremely relaxed.
Reasonabke price.
Restaurant on floor 7 did not have a large variety on the desert menu.
The terrace are was not totally protected against rain and wind on the ground floor , rain kept spraying the tables near the edge.
No face towels in rooms .

Location
Very unprofessional staff, tried to put me in a room with twin beds when I had booked a queen room. They insisted there was none until I was prepared to leave, and then suddenly a queen was made availablethis all at 11pm as solo female traveler. Facilities very average for price, especially considering lots of other good options in area for similar price range.
