Some of the staff were lovely.
The food was average, and the hotel downgraded me and my family without telling us, and then proceeded to charge me - incorrectly - for a King Suite when we were staying in a junior suite.
The front desk staff were unhelpful, and payment was due to be taken before arrival, but was not.

A beautiful place in the middle of the city. History and photographs on the walls were lovely to see.
Staff were very kind. They accidently overcharged me for a taxi but were very quick to call and tell me (I hadn't noticed) and to refund the overcharge.
The hotel has a lovely feel to it and it's easy to relax there. Thank you!
Drinks are a little expensive but very good quality (as was the food!) so not so bad.

Tasty food
My money was stolen in my room, but no one even apologized. The manager didn't want to talk to me. They couldnt check us in for 3 hours at night because they couldnt find a room confirmation for a long time. On the day of departure, they asked for breakfast to be included in their lunchbox (they asked for it a week in advance and reminded them every day), but they didnt do it, they said they forgot

Great historic building. Nicely furnished and clean
The prices for food was ridiculously expensive. Glass of regular wine $15 US dollars. Hamburger and fries $25 US dollars.
