Exceptional
the location was superb for I was looking for tranquility, quietness and very discrete. Staff were polite and hospitable. it is also near to a shopping center, supper markets and plenty of restaurants to order from. the location is well known in the area for taxi, deliveries scooter for online orders.
food menu was a bit limited and fresh juices menu was only two type of fruits at the time.

WiFi was erratic in early mornings which disrupted some of my work calls but it was great throughout day n evening.

The staff is always available, even when arriving in the middle of the night. The beds are big and comfy. The location is fantastic- close to grocery and restaurants.

We have stayed at Batian a few times and while this is surely a place that would deserve a bit of refreshment and refurbishing, the service is reliable and sufficiently professional to keep us going back. The staff is responsive when particular requests were made.
Our only criticism is that the kitchen equipment could be upgraded with the basic outfit of glasses, cups, good knives, bowls etc.

Great fitness gym area. Close to Wilson airport
Took over an hour to get our breakfast. In our full apartment the stove didnt work well as we wanted to cook a meal in house.

The room was a bit stale. Seems like the windows hadn't been opened for some time. Nonetheless, it is a great facility and l would use it again.
